App malfunction
How unfortunate that this park has such a disastrous and bad application as the one it has. Absolutely nothing can be done. The information does not link it with the rewards, with the purchases or with anything. Everything has to be done through phone calls or directly in the park. You waste more time in the guest service waiting to be attended to instead of being able to solve anything that is needed from the app. A good update is urgently needed.

Terrible functions
You cannot do anything in this app. Ordering food has a banner over it so you cannot click; it doesn’t load when the park opens so you’re behind on everything. There is no excuse in 2026 for an app to function like this.

Terrible Functionality
it seems that you cannot purchase a ticket online before you have a profile. Otherwise you cannot connect your ticket to your profile if you create a profile after downloading the app and purchasing your tickets. You have to download the app create a profile then buy tickets.

its just an outstanding app ! it gives so much details about Aquatica and the great things it has to offer . it shows how it is kid friendly, fun for adults, and very enjoyable for any age . keep up the great work !

I can not even link my 5 passes to the app so I have to save them in my email or photos. I just saw a similar complaint from 3 years ago so they obviously don’t care to fix this issue I will be deleting the app as it does me no good.
Can’t login
Keep getting login error, so I have to use a web browser to login to account because the app won’t work. Fix it.

E-ticket
It would be great if people could take their confirmation or email ticket code and put it in the app. This should be done for all your park apps. Simple, easy and was over looked in the app design. This would allow parties to go exploring and experience multiple things by choice. Very effective for teens doing rides while older parents chill. Not everyone wants to do the same stuff or eat same places, hence meal codes so everyone gets food and drinks at the same time but different places.
Or you could hire this retired 28 year military veteran to stream line the park experience for both visitors and employees making management the most effective efficient park in Florida.
You’re hiring the wrong people to construct operational protocols.
Reference: moving over $50 million in equipment and 100 soldiers in a war zone resulting in zero injuries or loss of equipment on 5 separate deployments. Proof, majority of military leaders easily out class most civilians in logistical issues.
