App is great and limited issues
I have enjoyed the app and it’s easy to use. There was some issues recently, but it wasn’t just with the app, but also within the stores that would not let you scan the product. Outside of that it is a great app.
App is garbage never works. Don’t waste your time if it doesn’t work you don’t need it.
There’s a reason that only has 2 1/2 stars. Because it never works.

This app does not work all I wanted to do is check my lotto because I do not live in Arkansas. It makes you sign up for what I have no idea. But when I put all my information in it says ERROR 😡

Ticket checker won’t scan
I can’t get the ticket checker to scan on my iPhone 12, but I have a Samsung galaxy A51 that it will scan on it.
Scanner no longer works
This used to be one of the best apps for scanning barcodes, but after the last update I can never get tickets to scan. Either fix it or roll back the update!!!
Can’t even login
I have tried multiple times to login. I have reset my password several times as well. It will not let me login at all. Please fix this, the app is unusable.

Cannot enter tickets. Ticket reader will not scan.
Scanner not working
The scanner is not working. It hasn’t been for about a week. No way to enter tickets for rewards or to check winning tickets. When it did work, it was almost impossible to scan.

Doesn’t Work 75% of Time
Received four $20 scratch offs for Christmas. Attempted multiple times to scan and also enter manually and after spending a half hour with only ONE of the four scanning, none entered manually would submit…. I gave up!! Too frustrating, deleting app and will request something different next year!!
