Incorrect lists
Very disappointing. I filled out a case. Was sent a case number and a list of attorneys. The first one I contacted is not with ARAG anymore.
The 2nd one sent me an automated text message with all the things they wouldn’t do including meeting in person.
Waiting for the 3rd attorney to respond.
At this point, I feel like this benefit is not beneficial.

I keep trying to call the number to set up an account and the call ends immediately. If this is fixed, I will fix the rating immediately.

Right from login to ARAG app to their emails, ways of handling cases, this is a total disaster!

Pleased with ARAG
I got ARAG on the off chance I would need legal help and I did. I was pleased with the help I received! I hope that my lawyer continues with the cases I have ongoing!

ARAG has been an excellent benefit. Been able to utilize knowledgeable attorneys who want to help.
System issues and response
I reached out to customer support multiple times regarding immigration query, I was told that I will be contacted soon and I never received any callback. Also, System is not allowing to start a new case saying there is duplicate record and there are no entries in “my cases”. Not sure how many times I have to reach out to get a query clarified.

Cannot view case information or open cases. Might as well use the website

Easy to open a case through the ARAG app and find a good attorney to work with. Glad I sign up for this service to take care of my living trust.

Horrible. No help whatsoever over 4 inquiries. Not a call back and only one email received. They don’t actually help anybody. They are like a third party search engine. Another google. It’s a waste; you’ll see.
App needs serious updating.
The app is not really mobile friendly. I’ve been unable to start/complete case or attorney searches in the app without redirection to mobile desktop and lots of app crashes.
App has not worked since downloading it 3 days ago
Download app 3 days ago and every time I do attorney search the app generates an error messages and says to try back later
Lawyers are unresponsive
I attempted to use ARAG for two cases. Either lawyers are unresponsive or they don’t do the types of cases requested. It seems that these pre-paid service cases get thrown to the bottom of the priority lists.
I guess I had assumed ARAG was an actual legal firm with their own lawyers or at minimum they would be the liaison between members and lawyers to actually get the cases accepted and started instead of just auto-generating a recommend lawyer list and then you’re on your own.

I have created request it’s been 6months I’m trying to reach out different people in would say 20 . None of them not responding to me . When I called customer care there are saying to provide there names so that they will delete this people kind of funny to me

Went to look at documents and a pop up came up “system down”
Payments
I love ARAG, but the last time I worked with an attorney that ARAG matched me with, it took ARAG months to remit payment to the attorney’s office and that caused tension between that office and me.
