Doesn't work
The app doesn't work. I mean, it loads, and seems to work fine but the location sensor doesn't work so I can't use it for deals.
And I can manually type in my city and zip code but none of it works either so the managers have to (gratefully) manually enter in the register whatever deal it was offering.
Why does it even require a location? Just give a barcode and let the restaurant scan it.

App is Broken
It’s 2026 and Arby’s can’t even keep up with the times! I have had 5 notifications stuck on this app for weeks now. No matter what I do inside of the app, it will not make those notifications go away! I cannot stand when I have notifications showing on any of my apps on my iPhone. I’d like to keep my life organized and this causes anxiety for me! Fix your app or get out of the game and just go back to letting people walk inside your establishments and order like it’s 1999!

Useless app.
You can’t redeem any offers in store and sometimes not even online. They have 2-3 deals not good ones mind you for how expensive a meal is and they don’t EVER offer in store deal on the app
Mediocre App
Sometimes it has good deals. It used to be better. Also, beware, the app won’t save any coupons you have if you switch apps momentarily. Numerous times I’ve had half an order complete with coupons selected, switched to my text messages to send a quick text, then back to Arby’s to finish my order and didn’t realize the coupon was taken off. So I ended up paying full price. Sucks.

Unable to modify
When attempting to “replace” a drink in a combo the app locks up, and doesn’t let you select a drink or press cancel.
