No Way to Add Missing Points
The instructions say you can add your receipt in the app but you cannot. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
App doesn’t work for rewards
Can’t sign up for rewards. It says my phone number is invalid. Yet sends me verification codes proving it’s valid. Then I get an error code everytime. Not able to sign up due to this!!
The app sucks
There are two FA verification doesn’t work. Can’t log into the app 99% of the time. There are never any coupons to show up when it does open. Useless app.
Understaffed
Understaffed and very slow service. No cars in the drive thru and no guests in the dine in area. They made me pull into a parking spot and wait 15 more minutes for a sandwich,fries, and a drink. I love Arby’s food but just don’t frequent them anymore because of the extremely long wait most of the time.

App Is Total Garbage
App is TOTAL GARBAGE!! It NEVER applies the rewards that you want to use when ordering, never allowing you to complete the order when trying to checkout. After several attempts, I gave up and took my business elsewhere.
