Bug in update
Now when I open the App, the background color turns to be the same as the text — cannot see what is being typed.

My debit card disappeared from my mange card account this is definitely frustrating no one to call to resolve this issue while I’m on vacation and it’s a Sunday this not good at all for me
Password
my password never works. Never. I always have to put it on twice.

Member since inception
My family has been a member of this credit union since it began in the 1970’s. We’ve gotten mortgages, bridge loans, car loans and numerous cd’s and IRA’s. The staff is exceptional and always treats us like family. We would not put our money anywhere else.
Ardent credit union app
This is a really great app! You are able to do all of your banking with this app. It’s very easy to use and gives you all of the information you need. I definitely recommend using this app. I have been a member of Ardent for over 12 years and it still is #1 for my banking needs.
Decent web portal
The Ardent CU app is mostly a shim over the main site. It works well enough for you to do everything that you need to do. Ardent‘s mobile experience could use some improvement. That said, I love my credit union. The app does what I need it to and it does it well enough.
