I cannot log in keep getting error. I’ve deleted the app and clear the Apple sign in still errors out
Why pay?
I love the app and how it’s similar to the anime but paying the app just to workout is insane that might just be me tho
Wont let me log it.
It logged me out after paying for a year of service, Giving a msg saying

WHY I GOTTA PAY???
It seems like a really good app but the only thing is that it cost I little more money than it should and the fact I have to pay kind of isn’t helping me out. I really like the whole jades but making me answer so many questions just for it to say I have to pay really wasted my time and my hopes. Still seems really good app tho.

Doesn’t Work Anymore
App won’t let me sign in and I can’t even get in touch with the app support. Continuously says error and that the app support site does not exist.
Cool but costly
Great concept for an app but all aspects are hidden behind a costly paywall. No free option.
Costs about the same as a monthly membership at a nice gym. lol. Kind of ironic given the goal is to workout. Recommend using another workout app.

Can not login after paying
I always wanted to try the app I had made an account a while ago but did not comitt with subscription yet. I tried to login today with my Apple ID it had an error about “authentication token missing” or something like that along with “unable to sign in with this account” I went ahead and made subscription as a guest user thinking I could login later. I tried to login again today and now the app requires me to login and when I try it has the same error. So now I paid for a subscription I can’t use. Also can not reach out to email support when I click that option it takes me to a website now found 404 error.

App is beautiful but im having problem signing in and have no way to reach support
Potential but needs updating
The concept itself is great and it keeps me motivated to do my workout. However the app needs some serious updates to make it more user friendly. Things like typing in the weight you used not scrolling. The ability to add your personal workouts and log them in addition to when you have an active program. A nice to have would be a themed progression through the classes (even if some of the programmes end up the same) this would allow people to follow the character or favourite shows pathway. A potential side gimmick could be that you have you earn stat points specific to the exercises you are doing and can put them into your character and potentially battle other characters or monsters to keep the app interesting when not working out. Overall I’m not worried about what i paid as this for me personally has kept me motivated and interested so i give it a 4

Subscription before you try
Hopefully this gets shown on the front. You can’t use the app unless you pay! There are only two options- $15 per month or $50 yearly.. pass
Horrible support
The devs do not respond. Paid for a subscription and all my info was wiped out and says I can’t log in. Messaged devs for weeks no response. Finally went to Leveling which is proven to be a better all around app. Highly disappointed.

App was working fine until it reset out of nowhere to where I now have to restart my entire progress

The app looks good and I searched it up and I heard it’s god but it’s not free
Locked behind a massive Pay-Wall
Ok look. I get it. The majority of apps aren’t free anymore, and usually have a cheap free version to go along with them. But this doesn’t even have that. If you really want to use it, you’re locked behind a $15/month paywall, or a $50/year paywall.
