Every Update Kicks You Out
Every time you do an update on the app it kicks you out of facial recognition and then you try logging back in and the app is stuck frozen. No problem logging in via the website but you just can’t seem to grasp how to operate an app! Unreal!
Never ending rate increases
I’d give this company zero stars if I could. Absolute corporate greed.
Billing information
Why did you delete my billing information? It’s always been stored for ease of payment. Thanks for making me pay you more difficult.
Bill Statement
I received my monthly bill but I can’t access my statement. So they apparently expect me to pay them without seeing my statement. I DON’T THINK SO!!!!

Thank you for establishing this app. It is much better, in my opinion, than calling the payment in.
Payment Account Details
My bank account details continue to be deleted from the app after I add them. I don’t want to pay the extra fees associated with paying via a card so adding bank account numerous times is annoying.
