Everything that could be wrong in a financial app
I mean everything is wrong with this app. It will take your money and it will sit there with you not being able to invest it or even get it out. Seems very illegal

Saw this on IG and decided to try again. It’s hard to believe that this app is in such bad shape in spite of the serious nature of the business it represents. You can not upload anything because the app won’t proceed to the enter button. Investment records shown are not accurate either. No improvement, no investment!

Terrible Experience
I downloaded this app 1 month ago. I submitted all required documents yet I have not been verified till date. I have sent countless emails to Ireti Ilori and she’ll come back to say case solved but I still have same issues. The facial recognition system to sign in doesn’t work. I have to use a pin always. Next the account isn’t recognized for my email. Says documents submitted but not verified. I downloaded cowrywise 3 weeks ago and under 15 mins I created an account and funded the account and I’ve been making profit on my investment. Armone is a disgrace given that this is my pension fund company. I am so annoyed and disappointed.

The app is working well. I like the new features and i am able to buys stocks, and mutual funds through the app.

Slow Performance Across the App
Setting up Biometric login shouldn’t be this painful.
You first get a popup asking you to enroll. It confirms setup was successful. Then you try to log in and get a “Biometric key is required” error.
You open the app and notice the Biometric Authentication toggle is off. Trying to turn it on again gives an “Unexpected error encountered” message.
Account Verification also takes close to a minute before it shows the correct status.
The entire app feels slow. Each tap takes almost a minute to load anything. This isn’t great for an investment app where time matters.

Unable to login for a month
Since the most recent update to the application, I have been unable to login or even change password.
This has been going on for a whole month and there seems to be nothing done about it.

Both investment and redemption can be done from anywhere using this app. Transactions are normally processed within 24 hours max.

This app keeps freezing in my iPhone and to get working I delete and reinstall. Happens repeatedly.
