Ridiculous I shouldn’t have to do this to get access to my funds so I will be banking else where very soon due to this ridiculous policy

Unexpected closure
Drove 21 miles to make a withdrawal, bank is closed for a scheduled power outage. If you can send out emails saying your statement is ready, why wasn't there an email sent out stating the bank is closed today?

Garbage app
I have had to unlock my account Change password every time I log in. I save it to a word document I save to auto fill and it won’t take it. I try to log in on the internet does the same thing won’t be a member of this bank very long if there was an option for 0 stars that would be my pick.

Simple banking fast
I don’t have any complaints about the app. It makes having an account with Armed Forces Bank so easy to navigate without having to call customer support. If they sense a large transaction or suspicious transaction activity they will immediately reach out to you before the transaction can proceed and that may seem tedious but to me, especially in this age of scammers, I prefer to be careful and if it means answering a call to complete a transaction thaen that’s perfectly acceptable to me!

I have been with ARMED FORCE BANK for over 40 years or more. Whether overseas or stateside, I’m retired now they’ve always been there to help. The service is outstanding, bank employees are courteous, respectful, and know their job to help in any situation. I’m 78 now and I wanna say I’m proud to have been with such a great institution.

Very unreliable
About 1/3 of the time the software actually works, and the rest of the time you might get to login, and it just sits and spins. You might login, but it takes several minutes to bring your account up. You might be able to look at your account, but don’t try to transfer money or pay a bill because they don’t work most of the time. This app needs a major overhaul.

Great experience.
I’ve been a customer since 2002. I haven’t experienced any issues with armed forces bank. I just wished that they would make their cards for tap and pay.
