Alarm notification
This app is great when it works but you need to work on a better way to dismiss the active alarm notifications.
I just now had to reject the alarm notification 8 or 9 times while trying to speak to the security company for a false alarm.

Please can you look at making the app responsive, it takes forever to do anything with arming or disarming its very frustrating

Great Idea, Needs Refinement.
Great idea and very convenient overall. Being able to arm and disarm the alarm from your phone is genuinely useful and works well.
However, the app sends far too many duplicate notifications for a single event. A common power failure can trigger multiple identical alerts, which quickly becomes annoying, especially when more than one person in the household uses the app. One notification per event would be enough.
There’s also a noticeable delay in updates and responses. Even with multiple network options available (SIMs and Wi-Fi), the app can be slow, which is not ideal for a security system where speed matters.
With fewer notifications and faster response times, this app could be excellent. Right now, it still feels a bit unpolished.

App failure and slow
The app's unresponsiveness makes it nearly impossible to use. It can take up to 20 minutes of constant re-opening and waiting just to perform a single action. This has been a very frustrating and time-consuming experience.
Connection after update
Seriously battling to arm/disarm - connection is extremely difficult after the update.. Home picture no longer stays as well, keeps resetting after you close and reopen the app.
Unable to connect
Urgent assistance. Hi, please urgently assist. The app just stopped working and was unable to log back in using my credentials. It been weeks of trying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but with no luck. Please help
Struggling to Arm sometimes
Recently my app is not working so great, there are 2 users in the home and the 2nd user cannot arm at all anymore. I was arming fine until a few days ago….it just either takes forever to arm or now it just won’t arm or disarm and I have to do it manually on the alarm keypad. Don’t know what’s changed but it’s frustrating.

Poor app
This app is never stable. I don’t know how anyone can rate it more than 1 star. Maybe they don’t have my panel. As a safety/security app it should always work. However, so often I get the circle going forever when trying to arm. Clearly the developers are not doing enough in the background to validate the comms to the panel. Very disappointing.

App stopped working
The app used to work perfectly until 2 months ago. My apps on both the iPhone and Huawei stopped working 52 days ago, what could be the issue? It stays greyed out and it doesn’t connect to my system anymore. Can I request that you look into it please.

The app has always been excruciatingly slow, but have not been able to use the app for the last week at minimum. I am unable to bypass, arm or disarm and does not update the status even when I manually arm the house.
Does not update
I use the app to turn my alarm system on and off. It just doesn’t seem to link properly to the actual alarm. My app will say it is disarmed but the alarm is still active. Had many “false alarms” this week. What happens if I’m in an emergency and the app panic button doesn’t work.

Keep having to sign in
No matter how many times I select “remember me” the app boots me out every so often. If I’m in an emergency and need the app signing in just buys criminals more time. Biometric sign in must surely be a part of this. Upgrade please.

Too many notifications of same event
Great app.
Just one thing that’s a bit annoying, I get at least 3 notifications when I arm/disarm my alarm. I also get 3 notifications about the AC battery being off/on and when my battery power is on low/OK status.
All 3 of the same notifications come all at once depending on the event. Please fix this bug. Thanks

Useless App
This App is absolutely useless! Since switching from MiFalcon to Armme as suggested by my armed security services I have been unable to activate or deactivate my Paradox alarm system from my phone which means I am unable to secure my home remotely while away. I have struggled endlessly with this App since day one! Useless and non-functional in my opinion.
