Error
Can’t log back in after being kicked out. Keep getting error even though my password is saved for that app. Sucks cause I use the app to pay and I wanted my free birthday drink. Oh well guess I can’t buy anything from here till they fix this issue.
Password incorrect
Made an account used it for a bit, app logged me out randomly, tried to log back in, it tells me the password isn’t correct, it’s literally saved in my phone only had one password for this account. Password reset option doesn’t work at all never got the email spam or regular inbox
Unusable
Can’t even order using the app anymore. The button at the bottom to order is obstructed by items. Can’t click it.
i love aroma joes but this app is awful
UI makes it so that the button to order is hidden behind the bottom navigation pane. Any orders placed through the app go through doordash and don't give you rewards points. Also you need to spend $100 just for $3 off. Really disappointing.
Doesn’t work
App no longer works and I have 2 unauthorized charges. Can’t contact them - just keep getting error messages.
App is horrible
AJs is great but their app sucks so much. Why don’t I get points for ordering for drive thru pickup on the app? Why is milk not an option while ordering coffee on here for the Merrimack location? Such garbage. If you had a better system for ordering ahead, I’d go WAY more often - but this is so frustrating that I’d rather just get subpar coffee at Dunkin instead because it takes way less time and at least I get points there. Love Aroma’s, app not so much
I have enjoyed Aroma for a year now but recently have started using the rewards app. The point system is pretty rough, even worse than Starbucks and Dunkin. You have to spend 100 dollars to get 3 dollars off, not even a free drink? Not to mention if you “mobile order” it’s just doordash and you don’t even get the points for it. I love Aroma they have great coffee but the app lacks a good rewards system and mobile ordering should not be a third party.

Rewards Issue
app works relatively fine but i have probably dropped $100 on aj’s through this app yet i haven’t received a single point… i have contacted them twice with no response. and no email to contact them. only a form or to call them directly.
Can’t order an Americano
I can order an Americano in the store, but there is no option to do so on the app.
Login issues.
If i dont use this app for a month or more then for some reason it legit signs me out every time and im having to constantly log back in, i have no updates either
Might as well not have an app
The point system has totally went down which is super disappointing. I have to buy like 20 rushes in order to get a free one which maybe I am off but that’s what it feels like. Also it’s incredibly inconvenient that you are not allowed to use the app if it needs to be updated.
Awful company
Having a system to contact individual locations and not the head office is a major flaw. Continuance of this company disregarding their workers and only caring about profit. Let’s give away another vacation though, terrible people

The app keeps malfunctioning and I have had to change my password too many times and I contact them and they say it’s the updates so I should delete and reinstall it. They need to fix their app. I have lost alt of points due to their app malfunctioning. Staff and coffee great but they might want to consider replacing their computer techs if they can’t get it right.

App going downhill
This app has gone down hill the past couple of years. They have just recently started having points expire which is horrible towards their customers who are coming in and paying with their own money for points. If I have spent the money I should not be losing the points.
Can’t sign back in
After the update I have been unable to sign in lot my account. I have contacted support several times and they tell me the problem is resolved….but it’s definitely not. Now my account is locked with no chance for recovery. I used to love the app but now I can’t even use all my rewards or the gift card balance I had on it.

Who approved this giant step backward? Fire that person. You made every aspect worse for me and your sales people. What’s the matter with you?
App issues
I’ve been going to AJ’s for a few years now, and I’ve had absolutely no issues with the app until these last two updates. I have to constantly sign back into the app after it continuously kicks me out anywhere from 2-3 times per week. It would’ve been great if they’d have left the app the way it was before….

Lots of opportunities for improvement
The rewards are minimal. It’s absolutely stupid that when you pay with a gift card and have a remainder due, you can’t use the app, so you don’t get points. Considering you have to spend $100 for a $3 reward that doesn’t even cover most drinks, that should be fixed
Cool and all butttt…
Love aromas with all my heart but I’m not a huge fan of only using one reward at a time. I’ll give it 5 stars when we are able to do that.
