The app has a bug, you cannot select the front or rear entrance of stations. Fix it!!!

Fix the bug! Its been there for months.

Not working

This app has not worked for months. Lets you make and confirm a booking then, Takes you to t&c page and then spinning wheel of doom. Also no booking exists when you call the Indian call centre. I would give no stars but won’t allow it.

Can’t reset password and therefore can’t use app at all. For some reason it can’t send outgoing emails.

Never on time and without any contact

Unfortunately for me due to where I live, there’s no Uber so I have to use this company. They’re so unreliable. I book taxis day in advance and they’re never on time, without any contact or updates and the people on the phone are rude. Absolute rubbish

Absolute Shambles

Used to book a taxi back from a party. Carried out 24 hours in advance. Simple and straightforward to do. However, I was in a location with sketchy phone service and had a missed call 20 minutes before taxi was supposed to arrive. Called back and was told I needed to pay in advance and that taxi had been cancelled as they could not get hold of me. Would have happily paid upfront but app said cash to driver. Eventually got a cab 1 hour later. An absolute joke of a service. Sort yourselves out Arrow

when booking a cab under any vehicle it says unavailable but ok under the type of vehicle dunno why not an issue just thought i'd let you know

Suggestion

The app works very well. Could you please just make sure the app always shows the actual in the details of each individual completed ride instead of “Today” or “Yesterday”. That will make expensing trips much easier. Thanks.
