doesnt work

i was SOOOO excited and then the tutorials are so annoying? i just want to get to the song? and guess what? IT DOESNT WORK! Im embarrassing myself playing the same key over and over and over and it doesnt pick it up on the app so my housemates are getting annoyed and i have a brand new iphone! like, it would pick it up every 20 times so i had to stop it and i just wanted to play the song and it work not have 500 tutorials on pressing a key. this seems bitter cause i had such high hopes. can someone from the team reply and fix my concerns? 🩷

Hi Harriet, sorry you are having issues. Please check that Artie has microphone permission enabled, close any other apps using the microphone and try removing your phone case. You can also connect by MIDI or Bluetooth MIDI for more accurate note detection. We hear you on wanting to get to the song faster too. J’ai voulu installer cette application pour me remettre au piano. Malheureusement le catalogue est assez pauvre en dehors des œuvres classiques. Je rajouterai surtout de faire attention, j’ai voulu tester gratuitement pour quelques jours l’application, mais insatisfait je n’ai pas renouvelé pour une version payante. Cela fait des semaines que l’application tente de payer par carte bancaire les fais annule de 179,99 euros: 1 tentative de paiement par jour!!!! Et impossible de stopper ça que ça soit en supprimant mon compte ou autre. Je n’ai jamais vécu une telle situation… rien que pour cela je mets une étoile. Je trouve que c’est prendre le consommateur pour des idiots et j’ai horreur de ça!!

Bonjour Nicolas, désolés que l’expérience ait été aussi frustrante. Les abonnements et les tentatives de paiement sont gérés par Apple via l’App Store, pas directement par Artie. Supprimer votre compte Artie ne permet pas d’annuler un abonnement App Store ni d’arrêter le processus de paiement d’Apple. Veuillez vérifier vos abonnements dans l’App Store et annuler Artie à cet endroit s’il est toujours actif. Si vous voyez encore des tentatives de paiement après cela, contactez directement l’assistance Apple, ou écrivez-nous à info@artmaster.com et nous vous aiderons à vérifier ce qu’il se passe de notre côté.

I enjoy this all, it’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye and with the Ai being straight forwarding to help.

Any changes id suggest?

I know it’s a new app but the increase of more songs would be great!! Also when teaching, it be nice to have some type of standard to move on to the next task. Not to limit it but to make sure the AI knows you can play well enough before moving on.

Fui tocar com ele e o do central por exemplo ele reconhece somente nas teclas pretas, ele não reconhece as notas das teclas brancas.

I like the rudimentary concept this app is built on and the training mode, but regarding the monthly budget the app demands, doesn’t live up to the facts of:
1. low choice of songs/no import option
2. In my opinion bad sound recognition
3. Overly repetitive monologues of the ai

3 stars is my conclusion because im rather an intermediate player and i think this app is rather build for beginners who learn simple chords and finger positions than arpeggios and dynamic play.

You can now import your own MIDI and MusicXML files, and we’re continuing to improve note recognition, the AI guidance and the song library. We really appreciate the specific points. Went through my bank account straightaway

Although nothing was charge from my bank, the moment i click to download the app the $0 notifications was shown from my bank account from thjs app. I understand thats probably the “ trial “ period BUT it is unacceptable to automatically do that without me agreeing to anything other that click “ download” my my apple store. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Hi, sorry this caused concern. Artie can’t charge you just for downloading the app. Any $0 notification would usually be an App Store payment check or authorisation, not a charge from us. A trial or subscription can only start through Apple’s App Store flow, where the terms are shown before you confirm. We’re sorry this felt unclear, and we’ll keep working to make the subscription flow as transparent as possible.

Hi, we’re sorry those songs were removed. Song availability can change over time, especially with popular music, and we know that’s frustrating when you’ve been practising songs you enjoy. We’re continuing to add more music, and you can now import your own MIDI files too, so you have more flexibility beyond the built-in library.

Don’t even do the trial, or you will pay $150

The app is not the easiest to navigate. There are not a large selection of songs. The keys are supposed to recognize when you play the note, but maybe they do 50% of the time. I asked for a refund and was declined. Huge investment for a glitchy app. Not happy at all.

Gut zum Auswendiglernen

Die Herangehensweise der App ist sehr interessant. Besonders positiv sind für mich die ausführlichen Fingersätze, die das Erarbeiten der Stücke vereinfachen und bei anderen Apps oft lückenhaft sind. Nur bei den Trillern (z. B. 2./3. statt 4./5. Finger) würde ich mir teilweise präzisere Angaben wünschen – das ist bisher aber mein einziger Kritikpunkt und lässt sich problemlos selbst anpassen.

Die App macht Spaß, eröffnet einen besonderen Fokus auf die Musik und ist gerade fürs Auswendiglernen eine echte Bereicherung. Schön wäre noch, die Geschwindigkeit stufenlos statt in 25er-Schritten anpassen zu können.

Über Liszts „Liebestraum“ und weitere anspruchsvollere Chopin-Stücke würde ich mich sehr freuen. Auch für fortgeschrittene Klavierspieler auf jeden Fall einen Blick wert!

Tutorials sind okay aber…

Dass ist mit abstand der dummste KI Assistant auf der Welt. Ihr habt es nur reingeführt damit die App cooler aussieht er wiederholt die frage nur und hat bisher noch nie geantwortet. Lohnt sich absolut nicht für das Geld. Entweder reparieren und Geld investieren oder die App kostenlos machen. Die Tutorials sind aber in Ordnung.

L'application est bien sur le principe, mais elle ne reconnaît pas le son de mon piano. Quand je joue, l'application ne réagit pas. Dans les paramètres, rien ne propose d'activer l'accès au micro. Je suis bloquée. Si vous avez une solution, je suis preneuse. D'ailleurs, si mon problème est résolu, j'augmenterai également la note car l'idée de l'application en elle-même est excellente.

Bonjour, désolés que vous soyez bloquée avec ce problème. Il semble qu’Artie n’ait peut-être pas l’autorisation d’utiliser le micro dans les réglages de votre iPhone. Allez dans Réglages de l’iPhone > Confidentialité et sécurité > Microphone et vérifiez qu’Artie est bien activé. Vous pouvez aussi essayer de fermer les autres apps qui utilisent le micro et de retirer la coque de votre téléphone. Si l’app ne réagit toujours pas, écrivez-nous à info@artmaster.com et nous vous aiderons.

O app é muito bom, e pelo que ele entrega a mensalidade é até que barata. Eu tenho um pedido do fundo do coração aos desenvolvedores, 3 na verdade, deixem pelo menos 5 músicas MIDI de graça, deixem alterar a música MIDI pra dificuldade que a pessoa achar e O MAIS IMPORTANTE, por favor coloquem a opção de editar as notas de músicas MIDI para os dedos que você quer, facilita demais poder ver embaixo de cada nota qual dedo deve tocar. Mas concordamos que seria muito melhor poder editar as importações diretamente dentro do Artie, e é algo em que estamos trabalhando.
