Unable to make payments, unable to update personal information. App is just taking up space on my phone
Functionally Unusable
This application is functionally unusable I would give it zero stars if I could. Password reset doesn’t not work and doesn’t integrate with Apple Passwords app. Notifications disappear before you can read them and are typically halfway out of the view window anyways. Absolutely infuriating that healthcare providers force their patients to use this as if their illnesses and injuries and the entire healthcare system wasn’t enough to deal with.

Can’t even create an account
I’m trying to create an account and it tells me I’m registered as a patient, quickly flashes to a screen with a spot to enter a username and other information that I can’t even see because it flashes so quickly and then goes to an invalid log in screen
Notifications Feature Doesn’t Work
Despite having the notifications setting turned on via the app and in my phone’s settings, I never receive pop-up or badge when there is something new in the app. I have to constantly check to see if there’s anything new. I do receive emails when there’s a new message but nothing when there are new labs, invoices, appointments or ART calendar. There also isn’t a way to contact help for assistance and the link in the App Store only takes you to a site for practices that tells you what the app does.
