Poor video calling layout
Every video call with your provider makes your face large on the screen and your providers face teeny tiny in the corner so you’re basically staring at yourself during appointments. The app is confusing and crashes frequently.
Notifications don’t work
Notifications do not work. I’ve missed important messages or documents that were time sensitive. Please fix so we can get notifications.
Literally the worst
Perhaps the worst app I’ve used since apps were created. Not sure why any medical provider would choose to use this.
Pure Garbage
Most useless medical app. Crashes. UI looks like it was not finished.
Request desktop site
Skip the app, when you open the website on your phone and it tells you to use this app, find the option in the browser to “Request Desktop Site”. Hope this helps.
Really inconvenient and not user-friendly
This is easily the worst medical portal I’ve ever used. Messages are the worst feature. I cannot send a message to any of my care team outside of their working hours, whether or not I expect a response. There is no option to even schedule send, so I have to just remember to try again during their working hours, which of course exactly line up with mine. You also can’t reply to a message thread after a few days to a week, so when you finally do remember to go back and respond, you have to start an entirely new thread. Messages are the most important feature for me, and there is no way I would put up with this if my provider gave me any other choice.

Terrible UX/Doesnt work
You need a product designer to rethink this “app”. I can’t even put in my birthday when trying to log in. I have to guess the format you want. Just use a standard pattern that exists on every other site in the world. This is some of the most friction I’ve ever experienced trying to logon
Login is 100% to hard
I wish this functioned like mychart this app is really tough to navigate. It logins me in and out quickly.
Notifications
We have missed messages due to notifications not working despite being enabled in the phones setting. Please fix as delays in our ability to respond to our treatment team can be problematic.

Nothing on this app works; its absolutely awful and makes an already difficult experience as a patient even worse
This app is trash
The fact that I can’t log in is trash. I have to use a computer just to get into my info. I can’t even use my phone’s browser because it directs me to an app I can’t log into.
Almost Never Works
I have a regular degular iPhone where all apps just work… except this one. It’s glitchy, and inexplicably does not allow you to see upcoming appointments - there’s just literally no spot for it. If you try to use it on your web browser, it takes you to a page that says you have to open it in the app - there are literally no other options of anything you can select on the page. Makes sense that they have to force people to use it.
Also, if you’re dialing in for a video appointment and accidentally click the wrong button to not allow microphone, there’s no way to update it in the settings. This is a ridiculous app that people only use because they’re forced to by their doctor, who was I believe was probably conned into selecting it by seeing a non-live demo.

Great but some suggestions
I find this app helpful in my journey but there are gaps that can make it More intuitive and helpful for the clientele.
1. The notifications should be enable that it pops up on my phone regardless if I have an android or an Apple device. It’s a little bit silly that I need to go into an app to see what I need to do when we live in a world that everything should be popping up
2. there should be a way that the patients themselves should be able to see their count of embryos, eggs, etc., and not need it to be on the back end at the clinic practitioners.

Cannot for the life of me log in! After putting my name, date of birth and a password. It didn’t tell me what me username was. I tried using my email and it says invalid credentials.
There isn’t a location to find username and only a section for forget password.

It won’t let me leave the welcome screen
I can’t make a username or do anything because it’ll go straight to the welcome back and there is nothing else to do without being kicked out

Stopped Working
This app is used to communicate with my doctor and to provide a treatment calendar. All very important things. One day it suddenly stopped working. So I no longer have access to my medication schedule or communication with my doctor. Called for IT support and was sent to voicemail never called back.

Absolutely infuriating
If you try to log in on your phone on their website, you can see that the page loads just fine, but then a popup comes up, preventing you from using the website, telling you to download the app for the most "optimal browsing experience".
You download the app and it's literally just the website loading within the app, and it looks like it was thrown together in a week.
If you're gonna force someone to use your app, which is already trash behavior, at least put in the effort to make it a nice experience that you can't get in the browser.
The fact that you guys are at all successful with this low effort nonsense is actually mind blowing.

Forced log out
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I am immediately logged out upon logging into the app as well as the online browser portal. It tells me I’m am now registered as as a new patient and to re-login. It’s a constant loop - log in - forced log out- log in - So on and so forth. I’ve never had a medical app have so many issues. First impressions are not off to a great start. Please fix this bug as I can’t get access to information I need.

The worst app EVER
I hope this app cost my fertility doctor absolutely nothing be sure it’s awful to use, not intuitive, painful bc it won’t remember your password and there’s no recovery when you can’t log in for your user name - only password. 0/10 would recommend. TERRIBLE user experience
