App stopped working for me
It used to work fine, but I tried to open it the other day, got a white screen to enter my phone number which then offers no opportunity to login. Just my own phone number staring back at me. their support email is quick to respond but unwilling to actually help.
Add Vehicle
Will not let you add or change any vehicles in your app. The “save” button simply disappears if you try to make any changes or add a new one. Utterly useless app now.
App Flaw
I used to use this app for years but i randomly got signed out and no longer can sign back in. The app stays on the phone number screen and never sends me a code for verification and there are no options to bypass. Un-useable.
Unable to open app
I tried using my app for parking but each time I opened the app it required my cell # to verify my device then I never got a code. Tried deleting & reinstalling the app and the same thing happens! How can I park in AP if the app won’t load? Any advice?
Why can't I buy parking for tomorrow
It doesn't make sense that I can only buy parking through 2am and not the next day at 9am.
Got a ticket
I’m so disappointed in the app. It’s the main app advertised to use here on all signs where physical machines are hard to find and some don’t work half the time.
I tried using it and paying for parking and it kept saying it couldn’t create my session. I didn’t see any machines and it was thunderstorming. Was at a total loss and so I left and was gone for 30 mins. Came back and my $1.25 parking turned into $50. Tried to explain to them and they said that’s tough should’ve used a machine or another app.
If this is the app they advertise to use, it should work every single time.

Abolish capitalism
The concept of a “convenience fee” is ridiculous. Whether starting a new session or extending a current one, you must pay $0.30. A relatively a small amount, but what’s convenient about having to install an entire separate app just to park in a town you’re visiting once. The idea I have to pay to park and pay to pay to park via an app is abismal.

Great, easy to use app
This is a great app. It’s super easy to start a parking job. The reminder system that your time was about to run out was so clutch. Allowed me to reload time again with ease.

Charged multiple times for each transaction
I’ve used this app twice. Both times I was charged for the correct amount and 2-3 additional $9 charges.
Terrible
Everytime I use this ap I get a “network error”. I’ve removed it and downloaded it 10 times. It works occasionally but should be operational 100% of the time
This app stole my money
I went to add an extra hour and it added an extra 9 hours. Tried to double up my total when I went to cancel it did a cancellation fee. Be careful using this app it’s trash.
It used to work...
I’ve had this app for a while because I live close. I tried to use the app and it kept telling me “network error try again”. I’m not sure what I did wrong. But it’s annoying and inconvenient.
Terrible App Since Last Update
Constantly get “network error” EVERY time you try to pay and have to use the kiosk to pay defeating the purpose of the app. Their support team gives you a third party who does not respond.

Be careful
I use this app all the time, yet I've gotten 2 tickets in this past year while using this app, so beware! I used it recently, then pretty soon after could see a ticket being placed on my car. I immediately pulled up the app and the session I "started" earlier was no longer listed in my history, even though I went through all the steps and started the session. This happened to me a while ago also, but it was one of the first times I used the app so I thought it was user error. By now I know how it works, and I know that it wasn't just me, and other people have confirmed that it's happened to them too. I was parked right in front of the sign that had the zone number, so I know that wasn't the issue. If you're going to use this app, you should double and probably triple check that the session actually started and possibly screenshot for backup in case you still get a ticket. I wish I did that this last time.

Very good app
Surprisingly professional app with great usability features. I wish other apps from bigger companies were similar.
Convenience fees are a joke
Using this app you have to pay a convenience fee to pay. This is a joke. App also lacks apple pay support.
