My cpd point did not appear in MMA apps. Previously got no issue but today i did 3 cme but no points appear at the MMA apps

Mình không hiểu tiêu chí của phần mềm là hỗ trợ nhân viên y tế hội thảo nhưng khi nhân viên y tế gặp trục trặc tất cả các đường link hội thảo của các bên chạy trên phần mềm click vào đều hiện nội dung hạn chế , dù khách hàng đã gửi mail nhờ hỗ trợ nhưng k phản hồi, k hiểu đội ngủ cskh của phần mèm này coi thuơbgf khách hàng múc độ nào

There is no OTP sent at all i’ve tried since last night. Ive already rechecked my phone number and I also asked someone else to do it on theirs and theyre not receiving anything.

Nói chung ứng dụng rất tốt, mỗi tội mình cập nhật thông tin cá nhân rất lâu, thay đổi hình cchn cũng không được.
Xác minh thông tin quá chậm
Phần mềm yêu cầu xác minh thông tin quá lâu, báo 24h nhưng sau đó vẫn không chịu xác minh. Yêu cầu thay đổi nội dung hồ sơ cũng vậy. Mail support cũng hỗ trợ chậm trễ.
