Like many others have stated this is a scam to get your payment information and they will just continue to charge you with no way to cancel. Their helpdesk page now also doesn’t exist. Do not use this company whatever you do just don’t.

The technical support isn’t great, and the app doesn’t have the areas it mails such as how you cancel. And then to boot you can talk to tech sit and say I don’t want this app renewing and they do it anyway. This has not been a positive experience from day 1 and 6 months later it’s an absolutely not.

This app is a scam. Charges you for things that are supposed to be included. There is no way to unsubscribe or cancel subscription. The ‘help’ is an AI chatbot that sends screenshots to walk you through unsubscribing- however the app is not set up to show those pages. Please do not download!

I was skeptical about using a sensor but it actually opened my eyes. I didn’t realize how much even small snacks pushed my sugar up. After a few weeks I had more steady energy and my mood was better. The coaching is personal too which makes it feel less overwhelming
Avoid this app
Lured me in with a “promotion”. I signed up for a one-month plan only to check it out. Suspicious that they charge you just to use the app, and for the additional equipment that actually makes the app functional it would cost hundreds more.
I tried to see if just the app itself would be useful without the extra equipment. I didn’t find it useful at all. The real kicker is Aspect has been trying to charge me for multiple months now, though I only signed up for one month. Trying to contact support to cancel is a scam - they say there’s an option to cancel under profile, but there’s literally nothing there but my basic info.
Do not be lured in. Look around and see there are many better options.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Scam scam SCAM!
Paid for a 1 month subscription and 1 CGM- since it is not included with the subscription. Paid for the app, fine, but did not receive my glucose monitor until half of way through the trial after back and forth with customer service. Get the CGM and it’s faulty after a few hours. Reach out to customer service again and receive a replacement with no issue… HOWEVER at this point my month is almost up, so I’m like okay let me go an extend my subscription- before I could even do that I was completely shut out of the app with no access to anything and no way to utilize my CGM. I reach out to customer support AGAIN and got the run around. Due to that I decided to just download another glucose monitoring app that was free so that I didn’t waste the CGM or my money, and just be done with Aspect. BUT NO they continued to charge my card for a glucose monitor when I was not even subscribed.
Which then it made since why the app would not let me use Apple Pay or another payment method. They want your CC info so they can falsely charge you for things! Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

They make it Ultra Hard to Cancel
As the title says, they don’t let you cancel so you don’t have a choice. They keep charging your card without option to pause or cancel.
In FAQ, they show you the instruction to manage the subscription, but in my actual app, the “Your Subscription Plan” does not exist. This app is holding my credit card a slave.
When I match my fingerstick blood glucose, the aspect results are way less.

Investment in my health
I love that Aspect is all about making small sustainable changes. It's not about crazy diets or workouts but about learning how to eat and live in a way that supports my body. My coach helped me identify my triggers and create a personalized plan that works for me.
Not worth it and lack of communication
App not worth it and they do not let you cancel and never responds to cancellation requests I canceled three months ago and they still charging me and never get a response from them
Doesn’t track weight-FTC Violators
This app is a scam. There is no transparency regarding subscriptions and recurring charges. They are in FTC violation due to not being able to easily cancel, they also charge a cancellation fee that isn’t made clear until after you subscribe and do the research to cancel. Subscription based apps are required to be easily cancelled in the app without having to speak to a representative or send an email. This claims to be a weight loss app, however it doesn’t even track your weight. You can add it in a note, but the app itself does not track weight. You can buy the CGM for 20% less on amazon without a prescription, grant it, the generic app isn’t as transparent with the numbers as the aspect health app. But you get the same data. The coach only reaches out when they’ve been alerted you’ve activated a new cgm and is unhelpful overall. While there is great intent behind this app, only a few adjustments would make it better along with transparency in subscriptions/recurring charges clearly stated before you subscribe. There price also depends on which plan you use. The CGMs are a recurring charge that is not at all clear. I only found out when i received an email of a shipment, and they shipped it to my old address, I had updated it with them and they had shipped my second and third CGMs to the correct address. So the new order address fiasco didn’t make sense and they never shipped a new one even after contacting customer support. This app sounds great, but in reality its execution is shoddy at best and just another scam.

False Advertising
This was a fine app but the company advertised their CGM Package as being good for 2 months and in reality it only worked for less than a month. Not satisfied with the product. Waste of money quite frankly.

Horrendous hidden costs
Aspect health is the definition of dark UX. I signed up for a 3 month subscription and only after signing up for that description did it become clear that price was only for the app and not for the glucose monitor. Glucose monitors were then another $119/month on top of the $60 I spent on the app description. Dissatisfied that I wouldn’t really be able to use this app without a glucose monitor and without the budget to purchase one, I tried to look into cancelling. There’s no easy “cancel my subscription button” and I come to find out after chatting that if I were to quit now i’d be charged $279?! They say this is for upfront costs but what cost is that? I’ve gotten 3 messages from a coach all saying about the same thing and everything else i’ve done on my own. This is absolutely ridiculous and honestly taking advantage of people trying to better their health with a budget in mind.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PAY FOR THIS PROGRAM AT ALL!!! This is a total scam. They are preying on women’s insecurities and health to get money. I took the quiz on an ad that popped up and was hopeful that maybe I would get some help dealing with my postpartum hormones and baby weight. The quiz itself seemed legitimate and once you’re done you’re immediately made to pay for a subscription for the app. I figured it was a one time thing until the next billing cycle, but NO once you make that first payment they make you pay for everything within the app so you have absolutely ZERO access to any help unless you pay for everything else. So I literally paid for them to send me an email telling me to make an account. This is so so terrible. Whoever created this app should be punished for fraud!!! DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!

I paid $249 for 6 month access to this app to track my glucose and the app, 75% of the time, fails to load/open. 50/50 if it reads the data when the sensor is scanned. There’s a ludicrous early cancellation fee. The data is nice when it works. Customer Support provides an ai guided canned answer and getting in touch with someone who can help is a nightmare. They are a long way from being a leader in the consumer cgm industry. There are other players in the game. Check them out instead.

Horrible company. I was excited to sign up. After getting two orders and not having time to focus on it like I would like to I asked them to pause my membership. They completely ignored me twice. Some cancelled and then they say they are charging me a cancellation fee. I will be calling my bank today to dispute all charges.

The app is driving me crazy the last week or so!!! Refuses to load and if it ever loads it is ridiculously slow. No access to my data except through the phone app. No access to my coach either - terrible!
