The app won’t let me sell my own shares because the “update is unavailable”. If the value of a share goes down who’s going to get that money for me? The company?
So the value went down 4 dollars. I was going to sell yesterday but it says who’s doing something about this?

Horrible design
Cannot even download the tax documents can’t see the more options for the document to share download or email!!! Very bad design..
UX is bad
Can not click on any top icons to close and download a document on my iphone 15. Not sure if basic app testing was performed.
Fees
There are maintenance fees that they’ll charge you that you can’t get back according to customer service
Does the job
My only complaint is my log in credentials don’t work on the computershare.com/walmart log in page. I have to go to one.Walmart.com to access it on the web. My WIN and PIN doesn’t work outside of the app.
Not compatible with IPhone
After selecting an option , I am not able to go back or select any option which are placed or top left or right corner of the screen . I have to close the application and start again .
Embarrassing and Lazy
This app has been barely functioning for years, every time I click into any documents or attempt to action anything away from the Home Screen, it freezes and you are forced to close the app, re-open and login. It looks like someone from an introductory computer science class designed it for a project but never finished it.

For one of the biggest corporation in the world to have a system that’s as bad as this it is truly embarrassing and very frustrating. Majority of the time system does not work even, or allow log in, with the correct credential. Please do better.
Worst possible stock app for a Fortune 500 company
The login process itself is designed to deter you from logging in, the app is pretty basic and doesn’t allow managing the stocks in any capacity, the process of transferring the stocks requires a call to their agents and long waits. This app is completely useless

Never have ever received anything when pulling my stocks out. Total scam.

Can’t close out of overlays. The x button is stuck behind the top nav and the tap area is too small. Very difficult to use the app. Needs an update badly

The app crashes a lot, doesn’t work very well with apple password, I have to log in every time by typing all the user name and password, even with face recognition !

You guys make this process too complicated and it doesn’t even work right. The website is not working and the application is not working… how are we supposed to obtain documentation with these issues???
New to WM Stocks..
Reading these reviews almost makes me regret even opting into this program. The app is very outdated though, just like anything else that involves Walmart & computers

any app smeared with the word wal-mart is just a nightmare, like walmart hires bottom of the barrel coders to make their apps, signing into this app is insufferable

This app is an absolute disaster for the amount of money that flows through it. Honestly, I don’t think the app can even comprehend the amount of shares I have. Hire new software engineers, fix the app, or face legal consequences.

Have to close out of the whole app when viewing anything other than the home page, makes it basically useless

I have a 16 pro and the app is not optimized to fit the screen some options I can’t click on .
