New Feature Highlights: Accepting foreign IDs from: Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Senegal, & Venezuela. Supported ID types: Consular cards, national identification cards, & passports. Important: All IDs must be valid & unexpired to be eligible for use.

Doesn’t work; can’t get help

This card will not link to any of my accounts. I got it for my kid to use while away for the summer, and it has been a horrible experience. I can’t get help online or in a Walmart store. The account is now negative due to the monthly fees. I had to open a separate bank account at a real bank for my teen to use. This card has made what should have been a simple process VERY messy.

I have to remove and re-download this app about once a month. It just keeps saying it’s loading and won’t open.
