The app is taking forever to load or sign me in. I have to keep using the website on chrome, but it forces me to use the app. I’ve uninstalled & re-installed the app several times as well. Please fix this issue.

Doesn’t work; can’t get help
This card will not link to any of my accounts. I got it for my kid to use while away for the summer, and it has been a horrible experience. I can’t get help online or in a Walmart store. The account is now negative due to the monthly fees. I had to open a separate bank account at a real bank for my teen to use. This card has made what should have been a simple process VERY messy.

Freezes up

Works three fourths of the time
I have to remove and re-download this app about once a month. It just keeps saying it’s loading and won’t open.
What a joke
The app never opens properly, and when you log in it crashes instead of letting you see your balance and information. The company forced you to replace an actually functioning app with a worthless one
Useless App
This app is becoming completely useless. It only opens about every 4th or 5th time I try to use it. It just sits eternally at the splash screen until I force it closes. Regardless of how long I wait. I’ve tried forcing a restart on my phone, closing and restarting the app, and closing all other background apps. Nothing works. Some days it just opens. The last update was a totally new app, that didn’t even remove the previous app, and since then, this app has been garbage. On top of that, they now require you to use a third party app to verify a check if you need to deposit one. I wouldn’t recommend using this to anyone.

Not satisfied
Been using money card for over 5 yrs. Hadn’t had many issues before, customer service always solved issues BEFORE. Since last update to this new application I haven’t been able to access my account! Customer service has been of NO HELP at ALL! Called a total of 5 times already. Two service tickets opened and No solution. New changes to customer service and this new “update”application are terrible!

Need help
Every time I log into the app, it keeps saying I need to update but when I go to the app itself, there is no updates. I’ve already deleted the app and installed it multiple times and it’s still doing that.
App randomly doesn’t open
I have to go on to my computer because the app doesn’t work correctly constantly. I’m not home right now. I need to pay for something. I don’t know my exact amount of money. Transferring money is a genuine pain. MoneyGram takes over 4 days too aside from telling me it made the transfer 3 hours after making the money transfer happen directly to their bank account. How sad.

Annoying
Having to delete and reinstall the app every 2 weeks is becoming super annoying. If I don’t delete and reinstall it never loads! Fix the bug!
App not loading
Lately the app is a hit or a miss. Some days the app will not load and will not allow me to log in. Other times it work perfectly fine. But it is getting annoying everything it don’t work.

This new app change is making me want to close the card and never use it again and I have had the card since 2020
