The fee
The overdraft fee is too much in my opinion. There are some card issuers that don’t charge an overdraft fee. I think the overdraft thing needs to be reworked. Other than that I would’ve given 5 stars.
Unhappy
I have had this card for a very long time now but lately it’s hard to send money. Please help! I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again and still nothing. Also when I try to add people to send money to it says they can’t be found. I tried Name, phone # and tag name) but still nothing.
Always have to open twice for it to work
This app is so frustrating. It’s only got one purpose for me, show me my balance in a quick fashionable manor. NOPE can’t do that. It constantly tells me error loading it up just for it to immediately unlock via face lock then it will just sit and load unlesss I open it again!! Completely defeating the point of me using this trash app

BUGGY APP
App RARELY works. Have to constantly go online to website because app consistently crashes and gives an error

i literally have to go online to log into my account it doesn’t let me log in on the app for some reason it just loads forever however I do like every else about it
Doesn’t work most of the time
It freezes once click on to open it freezes. It freezes at the being introduction Walmart MoneyCard it’s rare that it goes passed 9/10 it freezes

Overdraft protection
Don’t ever do the overdraft protection..! You pay for the charges that over drafted your account before the 24 hrs deadline and they still charge you a 15$ late fee even though you already paid it. I recommend you don’t do the overdraft protection.
Not reliable
Thing works maybe half the time. The other time it continues to load and load. Very disappointed with these last 3+ months

I just want to let the world know that I’ve been using Walmart MoneyCard for at least 10 years and I’ve had nothing but good experience with it especially because I have direct deposit and so it’s very user-friendly and it’s a great card. I’ll continue to use Walmart MoneyCard as my primary banking service.

New app sucks
The old app worked just fine. This new one sucks. It’s rare if I’m able to log into it please change it back.
Doesn’t ever open
I prefer the old app; it at least would let me access it . Since I started using this app it has allowed me to access my account maybe a handful of times. It is getting old fast.
Terrible
This app never works I always have to delete and redownload it. It’s hard to log into most times because I get error messages or told the system is down and to check back later

Latest issues here is random login error messages stating unable to login in due to some sort of network issue.
Something changed
Recently, I’ve been getting a message when I sign in, ‘Site Key Invalid’, apparently this is nothing to do with my password. It’s it’s an instability issue with their own capture, but identifier.
I’ve had this account for over 10 years and I’ve really enjoyed the flexibility and wide variety of Services. But this issue continues to when I need to unlock or lock my card. Or when I need to check my balance. This should really be fixed permanently fixed.

Hit or Miss
Not sure what’s going but, for the few months I have had to remove the app and download it again multiple times in order for the app to open

I've had nothing but problems with the new updated app…the old app worked much better…new & improved isn't always better😩😩
No access to online services
I haven’t been able to open the app on my phone in a week now. Which means I have no idea what funds I have available and am afraid to use my card for purchases if I don’t readily know what I have available in my account.
Don’t recommend
Definitely don’t recommend this don’t let you transfer money from the money card to a different bank , can’t even see your virtual card . When you need to take money out using the barcodes when you go to the Walmart to take it out it doesn’t let you . The representative they never know what they can do to fix the issue, I truly don’t recommend for nothing. In case of an emergency and need the money you will be stranded
