This app needs a do over
Can’t make payments, can’t log in correctly. I always have to reset my password. And Customer service does nothing… got to get better insurance

Company and app are one the same complete garbage. App absolutely does not work. Wouldn’t let me log in and would use my passkey to log in. When using saved passwords it said incorrect log in/ password. Worked 3 days prior to that why not now? I would stay away from the whole company as it seems and acts extreme left policies.

I have to put in my info 10 different times for each and every time that i need to deal with bills,id cards etc..

discriminating on disability
i started through the zebra app to reach a quote list which required almost two hours of haggling just to be hung up on after giving all my information and verifications. the agent hung up on me after i already gave the credit card number. furthermore the enrollment code disappeared from my phone entirely and i had no way yo find my policy after downloading the app. the agent hung up on me while i was using sign language interpreter on the phone. and to download the app ibhad to switch between apps and that made the agent hang up on me just for following instructions

Every time I open app I have to insert a card number even though it says save card this becomes frustrating and often I have to change my password because it doesn’t recognize my password a lot can be done to fix this app it is continent to be able to pay ahead of time but to have to keep loading a card is very frustrating

The app won’t load. White screen, and it does the same for their website. Hoping I don’t need to show proof of insurance any time soon!!!
Great quick customer service
Had an issue with the address check in location rewards part contacted help and they help me with a quick immediate response and gave me my rewards after completing the check-in very friendly and great communication helpful. Elan was nice to speak with!!

Just like the other reviewer, I am directed to download the latest version and when I go to the App Store, there is NO latest one offered. This is shameful.

App takes forever tinkled and then you get a quick glance and then it says to update and there is no update. Annoying!!!

Can’t use the app
Just tried to log in to pay my insurance and it’s telling me to download the latest version there is no other version if I’m late on paying it either better be waived or discounted cause this isn’t my fault.
