No medical records
Many doctors are not available for booking through the app, which makes it difficult to secure appointments. Test reports also do not update within the application, and patients are not notified when results are ready. It would be far more convenient if reports were uploaded directly to the app, allowing patients to access them easily without having to contact hospital staff.
No medical reports/prescription of the patient is available in the app.
So basic app is good but there is no use of it if patient can’t find required doctors, medical reports, lab reports in app.

Poor user experience
Can’t choose a slot easily. Once chosen, they don’t adhere to the time selected. Video consultation happens after a minimum of 1.5 hrs of actual appointment time chosen. Once consultation is done, no way to access prescription. No way to raise a ticket a follow up with customer support. Still waiting for the prescription even after 35 hrs of consultation.

Good Initiative but No use

Another issue I faced is the presence of two separate patient files under my name. This duplication might have been created by staff before the app was developed, but it continues to appear within the app and cannot be corrected or removed. This creates unnecessary confusion and should be addressed.
Overall, while the initiative is good, the application needs significant improvements in terms of appointment availability, report integration, and patient record management to provide a smoother experience for users.
