Update erase all my parents control settings
Please do not erase any router app settings when do the updates
Drops connection to fiber once a week until rebooted
This router requires a reboot every week in order to stay connected to fiber. I purchased this router so this would NOT happen

ASUS Help Desk is non existent
Not sure but my PCs run on WiFi at such a slow download speed and high upload speed. I was trying to get song help from ASUS and the firs level support was useless and I asked to be forwarded and he was rude and told me to fill out a form.

Certain fields can’t be input on older devices. Also why is an app you most likely need to download off Wi-Fi over 200MB?

Needs reboot at least once per day , every single day. $900 router!
Either it or firmware issues.
They really need to work on the firmware for these routers they used to be really good.

Excellent product. I use the Zen ET8 and it has been flawless. The Asus App also works flawless and I have been using it for the 8 years.

This app really allows you to deep dive into your network. It’s stable, smooth, and well designed. I genuinely think the developer team wants the best for its customers, and the combination of all ASUS hardware with this software has led me to have confidence in the brand. I have a smart home with minimum 24 connected devices, sometimes 35+ with people over. This app allows me to confirm that all devices are working, and makes sure my system is up to date and running smoothly. Really a good app for those tech inclined. Bravo ASUS

Good app features
The app works as intended. The wifi mesh and firmware update features are very useful.
Not working as expected.
Signal is strong, but the router keeps losing / pausing the incoming / outgoing signal? Eventually it stops or loses internet. Have to turn the router off then back on.
Rubbish
App just does not log in, even though the password and username are correct. No matter what can not log in and there is no help either. Waste of time
Easy install, great performance
Retired my Synology Mesh network and replaced with ZenBE14000 equipment. Want the future proofing Synology abandoned. This app makes install very easy. I set up devices next to active system under a dual NAT to establish Mesh operations, then deployed devices and restored coms. Was easy to swap out equipment and then start new capabilities. App provides simple setup and the ability to get much better insight as i learned the operation.
