Worst app ever
Simply not fit for purpose. Cannot execute simple commands such as switching on/off port forwarding. Has just prompted me to upgrade firmware, and now complete network is down for no apparent reason. Will be deleting and reverting to desktop portal!
Speed Test Not Working
For the last week the inbuilt speed test has stopped working. I have no idea why and am unable to fix it. The only thing I haven’t tried is a full factory reset and don’t really want to go down that route and I’m not even sure if it will.
Nodes disconnect on its own
After taking the time to setting them up, after 3 months of use the nodes connected via Ethernet backup, disconnected with no reason whatsoever. All cables work.
Too Many Options
They need to simplify this App. There are too many options to find what basic features you need to access.
Never again
Zero support, unstable system, poor logging logic, poor hardware io. I will never purchase this brand again

I read so many bad reviews about this product but was told it was bad prior to 2025. After 2025 people said it worked well.
Well….. either I did t set it up right or it just doesn’t work. But I’ll give it a week or I’m sending it back.
Problem: lagging, disconnecting from internet many many many times a session of being online or gaming. Maybe I need to upgrade my internet speeds? Not really sure.

Not Good
This router goes down at least once every 2 weeks if not more.
Updates? No!
The software shows router software is up to date. Doesn’t tell you there are no more updates for your obsolete router.
One of the best
With respect to quality of hardware and wireless connectivity it is the best i have ever owned using 2 meshed together.
All speeds wired and wireless can handle a megabyte steadily even with dozens of connections.
The only weakness is the software which does most of what the majority of users need but sometimes difficult to navigate.
Also if you block say a kids phone they can use software to beat the block you put on them, then when you block the fake one they just keep changing it. How can we block against it when the change mac address and ip address on their device.

Would not connect to my wifi 6 routed, manually, wifi or by QR code. Deleted the app and will buy a different router

Temperamental sometimes
Works well most of the time but every now and then it just stops working and needs you to go to each node and power cycle it or worse a complete reset to factory.
