The store is nicely laid out. Item easy to find. Love all the store designs for the holidays. The employees are alway so friendly and helpful. Prices are great .
Doesnt allow you to scroll through items without it scrolling and passing items on its own. Literally impossible to browse items
Keeps crashing and deleting my cart
The app itself is aesthetically pleasing, but has a bug that makes it borderline unusable. When scrolling through any search/category the app starts glitching and scrolling down repeatedly where it won’t let you get back to where you were at without closing the app and starting over.
I would love to like this app but I can’t. At Home is one of my favorite stores but I don’t go frequently because the closest one to my house is almost 2 hours away. I’ve had the app downloaded for a couple of years but I’ve never been able to purchase anything off of it because it just doesn’t function properly and it’s set up poorly. The descriptions and details of opens leave the shopper with more questions than answers, most items have only one photo and gave no perspective, and the filter feature is weak and doesn’t function properly. The search generates results that aren’t relevant to the query. The app crashes a lot. There’s so much more to say that doesn’t work and it’s really frustrating. I wanted to shop the Memorial Day BOGO sale but wasn’t able to because of functionality problems. None of these complaints are new and have been persistent since I’ve had the app.

If I pull up online, web works but the App doesn’t work right for me. 4/28/26
Loving that I can see what products my store has before I go, this makes it much easier and faster once I get to the store!
This new, updated version of the app is useless. Not user friendly. The scanner doesn’t work on 90% of barcodes. UPC’s don’t show up. Product info and inventory is nearly impossible to find. Changing stores appears to no longer be an option. Big failure.
Freezes sometimes and can’t get in. Easy searching. Great sales and prices. All kinds a beautiful things. Can’t seem to review items when they send me a email.
Please make it so we can sort by what is actually in stock! I don't care what is out of stock
I've been shopping on Athome for some time. Love my local store and the app works great. I'm able to quickly checkout using apple pay.
Not sure what is going on with this app but it’s not letting you shop. It’s saying “oops, something’s not working.
I really want to like this app but it is just one error message after another. Can’t add to wish list. Can’t view wish list. Coupons won’t apply. I keep it because the barcode scan and item location( in store) is helpful. Hopefully other problems can be fixed.
The app is quite glitchy, you can items to your cart for it to tell you have an empty cart. You have to back button to the Home Screen to navigate. I think it’s bad so you feel compelled to go to the store.
This feels like a rough draft that was rolled out without anyone at the company ever verifying the functionality. The search is garbage, with the worst aspect being the filter feature. Most items are unavailable/out of stock and there is no way to search without seeing them, even when the “include out of stock“ box is not checked.

Back up and running smoothly. Easy searching. Great sales and prices. All kinds a beautiful things.
I shop my nearby At Home store a lot and I use the app all the time ; I appreciate the images and the product specs. The app helps with pricing ... making sure I'm getting the best price.
The app is useless. I search for rugs and it says 2784 items available at store yet shows nothing. When I did actually get rugs to pull up after many attempts I see all the rug selections but when I click on the rug I want to see details about it is a blank page. Amazing that they ever sale anything if you can’t get the details. All glitchy app
