Doesn’t sink to the MVs
The lightstick works just fine and it connects to the app but it doesn’t want to sync to the mvs :( So KQ, can you PLEASE fix that bug? (I want to have my mini concerts at home). Thank you.

Absolutely amazing
The connection to my lightstick works great, in concert is super smooth and simple, just plug in your seat numbers and it’ll play throughout. Some bugs with connection just failing half the time but it works out just fine. Playback on videos are also super smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend when buying an Ateez Lightstick since most features cater to that.

Good but can you add more music videos?
When I got my lightstick I’ve heard other people say about how some music videos were “unavailable “ and I was slightly worried about that but the app worked just fine for me.However I really wish that ice on my teeth was on there along with It’S You and “Everything”.Can the developers add more music videos to sync?

stopped loading after two days of having it…
was excited to connect my lightiny to it when I got it, got it as an early birthday gift a couple days after getting the app and then I went to connect it and the app wasn’t loading… :(
Firmware Update Broke My Lightiny
My Lightiny has been working fine for years, today I connected it to the app and it asked me to do a firmware update on it. I did the update as instructed, didn’t interrupt it and it finished, but now my Lightiny is stuck on a green light. When I turn it on it’s permanently green, pressing the button does nothing, I can’t connect it to the app, and I can’t even turn it off. I paid over £60 for my lightstick and I shouldn’t have to buy another one just because your update caused it to glitch

LOVE IT
I love this so, so much and I used it for the Ateez concert in London back in 2023 and since they are coming back to London + more places in Europe there is no thing on the “concert” part of the app that shows us our concert day.. we need this badly before London starts and I hope it gets sorted:)

Mini Home Concert🥰⏳
Love the app, had a mini 48min concert at home with my new Lightiny(couldn’t go to any of the North American Tour stops). Good connection and no bugs or issues. My only wish is that it should update and include all of Ateez’s MV’s, or make it an option for Lightiny to connect so that Atinys can watch on normal Youtube with the lightstick. ❤️🥰 hopefully an update with all of the MV’s sooon!!

Lightiny connection
My lightiny is not connecting no matter what I try, I deleted the app turned the light stick on and off and it’s still not working.PLEASE FIX THIS

本体の電源ボタンをダブルクリックすると接続されます。
あとは好きな名前で登録すればOKです。

Not connecting
I was so excited to connect my Lightiny but it didn’t connect I found out that it was a fake Lightiny I was so upset that it wouldn’t connect to the app

This is a fun app if you have a lightiny to make it feel like you are at an Ateez concert, I absolutely love it!!

I love this app
It’s such an incredible app. I used it at the Ateez London concert in February 2023 and I was able to connect my lightiny easily.
おかしな挙動
このアプリを入れてから、Twitterからリンクを開こうとするたび「このページを〝ATEEZ LIGHTINY〟で開きますか？」というポップアップが表示されるようになってしまいました。アプリの連携を解除しても変わりません。ブラウザの設定かなにかがデフォルトで優先されるようになってしまったのかわかりませんが、地味にストレスです。

Everything is good… however the videos come up as unavailable. Please fox this bug, I would love to use my light stick outside of concerts. I would like to play their songs and have my lightstick play along with the music as I was back at their concert. Thank you !
