Horrible App
The app is full of bugs and glitches during every use. You can’t see who you’re emailing (the email address is hidden) and you can’t see who else is copied when replying. Screenshots and photos don’t come over well. There’s no ability for agents to create their own canned replies. Some basic functions bug out, like when trying to write a longer reply, you can’t expand the text box, but the send button won’t be visible and trying to get it to work properly is a never ending problem. Very few features. No dark mode. The company emails replies back at 11pm PST on Saturdays. Feels like it was outsourced to India and not properly maintained.

Not useful.
As far as I can tell, it’s a glorified notification mechanism only. The worst part is, I’ve always been a mobile-first person.
This app forces you to your laptop (or to sign into Atera on a mobile browser for a barely workable solution), effectively pushing everyone 10+ years into the past.
A serious missed opportunity for them.

Absolute trash, to this day. Still cannot login.
Unacceptable login issues
The app “works” but is very limited in features. This in itself is not a huge dealbreaker because it’s understood to be a companion to the website, but what I can’t tolerate is the app keeps logging out on its own and then won’t allow me to log in again *every time* on my own phone and iPad, requiring me to go through hoops receiving an email and logging in from the browser. This makes notifications useless as they don’t arrive if the app is logged out.

Rarely works
I can rarely ever get this app to login successfully. Now with my new phone, it never logged in. I uninstall it reboot, install it again and it just goes to a blank white screen. I close it open it and it wants me to login again when I go through the same pattern over and over again, so it’s basically a worthless app at this point.

Terrible app
So many login issues, it makes the app unusable. UI is also just terrible.
App Sucks
While the Atera platform is great, this app really sucks. It’s pointless to have an app that you can’t even use. You can’t even get past the login. Support just says they’ll have to whitelist your device for it work. We’ll probably switch software just because of this issue alone.

Buggy
Due to a recent update I can no longer reply to tickets, the message field is hidden behind the apple keyboard.
Can’t login
No errors. Just loops. It was bad before but now useless.
Newest update cannot respond to tickets.
The latest update makes us unable to type and send messages in tickets. When attempting to write ticket response the screen goes all white but leaves the keyboard open. You cannot use any part of the UI to send, and you can’t confirm what you’re typing or even know if it’s typing in the first place. This is a major problem.

Can’t login
It just returns to the login start after I enter my password. No chance to enter my MFA.

Desktop functions are great and I rely on them daily.
The app has very limited functionality, but even those few options are unavailable as I frequently cannot login. Zero stars for a product that never really works.

Solid App
Never had any login issues as others have mentioned, not sure if it’s because we’re using SSO. Solid app that’s very helpful when walking around resolving issues. Also being able to look through devices and sites on the go is incredibly helpful. Only complaint is that I’d love if the app opener to the ticketing tab instead of alerts.

Pretty terrible
I would give zero stars if I could. The app is very unstable and unreliable. Logging in almost always fails a few times. It is slow, clunky, and does not refresh information. The filters don’t always work. I see random tickets that have been resolved or deleted that show up- even when filters are set correctly. Not a very helpful app - especially in the IT field, where reliability and timeless is crucial. I could see if this was nearly stages but this app is 4+ years old. Basic bugs should be worked out by now- especially with how much AI they use. Stop focusing on AI and just make the core foundational features function reliably.

It’s not hard y’all. Your competitors do it successfully all the time. It’s just a web page in an app wrapper. Figure it out.
Can’t even log in
This app is constantly logging me out and now I can’t even log in to the app because MFA window never pulls up. Really frustrated with this tool and they are focusing on adding more product I can’t use instead of making the product I pay for actually be reliable.
