Poor

The app said i could find an order by typing in the number. This i did then it said ‘orders can’t be linked on the app’

Rubbish

Tickets

Nothing negative comes to mind

App doesn’t open

I downloaded app and when I try to open it it’s stuck on the purple ATG Home Screen nothing happens. My phone is updated to the latest software version. Please fix the bug so that I can access my tickets thru the app.

Great for booking and tickets

The app is great for booking tickets and finding your orders and upcoming tickets. The thing that lets it down is the ATG+ membership details. Venues in the past have not accepted the app as proof of membership (for bar discounts etc). The app also has no details of my current membership, my membership number or the expiry date.

Great App, but…

Would far rather be able to save my tickets to my Apple Wallet like I used to be able to via the links on my order confirmations or via your website. Please make this functionality available in the app for the extra star rating. :-)

Applause

So excited to have ATG on this side of the Atlantic. Been to all sorts of fabulous things in London (most recently 1536). So glad to have you guys here now. Great tour today with Justin. Back next month with a grandchild. Bravo ATG.

Quick Booking Process

Very difficult to see how many tickets are in the basket when you start the checkout process.

Payment method limited

Unable to use Apple Pay on ATG

Great

Very easy to navigate and book while accessing you already purchased tickets

Can’t book tickets on iPhone 12

Very poorly made. It hasn’t been tested on iPhone 12. When you select a seat there’s no option to book it or add the seat on the iPhone. The screen buttons don’t show. I eventually had to book using the browser. Very poor quality app.

Buggy POS

Both the website and app are seriously buggy. This app makes it all the way to payment and then “has a problem”. But if you start again, the tickets you just tried to buy are no longer available & you have to wait a few hours for the system to reset.

Why is this seemingly so difficult? Dice and AXS are much smoother.

(On the website, I tried to create an account. I received an email code, but when I tried to purchase tix, the entry for email is blank and frayed out and the transaction goes nowhere.)

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Brilliant experience

Amazing website easy to do my bookings

Tickets belong in Apple Wallet

You shouldn’t have to open the app to show your tickets. They should be added to Apple Wallet. I really hate how this works.

Burlesque

Event was rescheduled due to technical issues… got a refund for what I originally paid, but the seat I had are gone and it’s cost more to rebook…
Disappointed

Coerced into this

Email received with tickets. PDF showing only part of QR code. No facility to add tickets to Apple Wallet. Had to download yet another App I don’t want. ‘Oh well’ thinks I, ‘that will make it easier to order my interval ice cream’. That didn’t work either.

So straightforward and easy

So easy to use with no hidden fees

Clear and easy

Good to app that will let you know what you’re paying for and giving you the option to see your seat immediately is helpful!

Stuck in London

The Apple not allow me to switch to Broadway shows. It will only show West End locations in London. The web website will let me switch back-and-forth, but the app only lists locations in the United Kingdom.

Keep Getting Payment Errors

This site is great to buy tickets until you get to the payment page. Then it declines and says to call Box Office. So called the box office and they said not sure why declining payment because everything was valid. It’s too bad. Much easier to navigate than Ticketmaster app. Guess I’ll keep buying my shows on Stub Hub.
