Keep Getting Payment Errors

This site is great to buy tickets until you get to the payment page. Then it declines and says to call Box Office. So called the box office and they said not sure why declining payment because everything was valid. It’s too bad. Much easier to navigate than Ticketmaster app. Guess I’ll keep buying my shows on Stub Hub.

Apple log in doesn’t work

Won’t let me log in with Apple ID. Try to use the email, says I may already have an account.

Overall the app is easy to browse etc but when it comes time to book it just bugs out. I had been trying for over an hour to book tickets and it just kept crashing at every next step. The tickets I originally tried to book ended up being sold because it kept crashing.

Wish I could’ve returned to cart after I changed payment method but there is no way I could find to do that. Lost my original seats and had to start over.

Tickets not in App

All the tickets from past performances appear in the App but not the performance I’m seeing tonight. I have the pdf tickets but for convenience it would be great to have them in the App. There is no way either of reporting this issue to the app developer

Excellent service

Last Wednesday the show in Glasgow was cancelled at 1 hours notice. ATG sent a voucher on Friday and was able to book for the last night, tomorrow, so all happy. Thanks

Could be better

The app is good for buying tickets but would be better if you could have your membership card digitally and also put the tickets straight in your digital wallet.

Really… in 2026? 🙄

The UI (on iPhone) is nice, but the fact that this app is not compatible with iPad, and you’re not able to add your ticket to Apple wallet, is atrocious. I’m not sure what’s up with apps not adding basic features – or taking (relevant) features away – but it’s seriously maddening.

Poor experience on iPhone

Web site does not play nicely on iPhone. Tried paying using Apple Pay, but the screen kept disappearing, ended up having to go and find my credit card to do it all manually

Clunky App

I have encountered too many technical issues with this app. The problem seems to be with Apple Pay, but not exclusively, and I have had to pay online. Just used it again and it has variously said that the order was confirmed and that there was an issue and do I want to book again. Will now have to check my bank to see what has happened.
