It randomly switched to the Canadian region from the USA, and it doesn’t change after uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Called Athleta CS and they said they couldn’t help me.

Everything I’ve worn has been appreciated by others. Lots of compliments! I’m 74 and size 16….so sure would like petite in that size so I don’t have to roll the waistband on my pants.

The Athleta app is very easy to use. It is also very good with updating the account as a whole.
History is a lie
App claims 13 months of history is available however it’s more like 30, sometimes 60 if you’re lucky. It’s inconsistent and customer service says they have no way to escalate the complaint. Further, Athleta will only honor military discount in person yet won’t honor it when they don’t carry petite in store. They don’t care about honoring military families or actually FIXING purchase history drop off. I cannot believe they are so behind compared to Lulu who not only keep “what’s in my closet” they also offer personal shopping and military discount irrespective of purchase modality. Athleta/Gap are archaic in their tech and customer service approach. Sad.

Make it easier
Love the app but could you put the newest “styles” separate from the old styles with new colors added. Sometimes i just want to know if new styles come in and don’t have time to file though tons of old styles.

I know many reviews can seem like AI or fake but this one is going to be real. As a person who likes comfortable tight but not too tight athletic wear this is the perfect place for me to shop at. It is very enjoyable and they have so many options that I do enjoy and I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for something tight like, but not tight fitting.

Tall?
The tall options seem to have decreased considerably the last 1-2 years. For a “favorite tee,” why would you not offer tall sizes? The same for options of swim. Very disappointing. I’ve been a customer of Gap stores for 35 years, and have only bought swim from Athleta but now have to look elsewhere.

Great app
App is easy to use and searches return relevant results. Easy to track your order and past purchases along with any earned bonus points and CC perks. My only negative is when searching there is a separate photo for each color rather than one pic that includes all color options.
