2.0.1

This release rebuilds the way your plan is put together. PLANS THAT START FROM WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO • Your other sports stay in the plan: cycling and swimming keep counting as endurance volume instead of disappearing the moment a running goal shows up. • Coming back to a sport you left aside now happens gradually, alternating running and walking when needed, rather than picking up where you left off. • Hard sessions no longer follow one another without an easy day between them, and what you already did today counts. • Strength, core and mobility have their place in the programme, with named exercises, sets and reps. AN ANALYSIS THAT SAYS WHAT THE DATA SHOWS • It works from your numbers: sessions, distances, paces, averages. • The progress estimate measures how ready you are for your goal, not how much time has passed. It can point at a date later than your target date, which is more useful than a comfortable "on track". DETAILS THAT MATTER • The duration shown matches what the session actually contains. • Plans always arrive in your language. • Your plan starts according to your phone's clock, not the server's. ALSO IMPROVED • The app warns you when your watch has not sent a workout for 14 days, and shows you how to get the sync back. • Onboarding and the privacy policy now describe exactly what leaves your phone: your raw health data stays on the device, and only a short summary is sent to build your plan.
