Never works

Says you are getting 10¢ off but does not come off at the pump. Can’t add the card to my Apple wallet just sits there spinning. Try to “age verify” tells me there is an error for months. More aggravation than it’s worth imo.

Great when it works

App has been crashing on me for three days. It will open, but crashes as soon as I choose “pay in store” or “pay at pump”. I removed it from my phone and reinstalled; no change. Also I need to re-login nearly every day! The purpose of having an app is so that I don’t constantly have to login. And when it started require 2 factor authentication a few months ago it became more of a headache! My wife and I share an account which makes sense since we have a joint bank account. But now every time I need to login it sends a passcode to her phone!!!! Not exactly convenient when I need gas, or just want to get a cold drink.

If this hasn't resolved, please call our customer support team for assistance at (888) 930-7642. Regarding the two-factor authentication - that is for FreshPay, a separate program that gives an additional 10¢ off per gallon. Since it is attached to your bank account, the authentication is currently a mandatory security procedure that we are required to do. Hopefully this is something we can work around in upcoming updates.

Trying to use pay at the pump and the minute I hit the icon for pay at the pump the app crashes

Stopped working

App keeps shutting down and I’ve tried redownloading it, downloading into different device, shutting phone off and restarting phone. I tried contacting app support and says no such server.

Tons of connection issues, and timeouts…

Literally standing in the store, app won’t load. Check my signal strength, and it’s good. Go to the Atlantis Rewards website, won’t load. Every other site loaded that I tried. Every time I’d try the app or the site, it would load a page, then freeze up.

Again, literally in the store, showing the store staff. The poor staff shake their head and said “yeah, unfortunately a lot of people are having issues the last week or so”. Oh, great!

Original! Seriously, in the middle of the store, I open the app and it forces you to update prior to using. That’s great, except the service is non existent in the store. What a shame.

This app is constantly signing me out of the app which gets very annoying! And they took off the games to earn more points towards gas.

Forced to update to use, in the middle of the store?!

Seriously, in the middle of the store, I open the app and it forces you to update prior to using. That’s great, except the service is non existent in the store. What a shame.

Will not let me log on!

This app keeps freezing up on me and will not let me log on to get my $.15 off per gallon or use the over 2300 points that I have for gas savings! This is unacceptable with how high gas prices are these days!
