Not a fan anymore
When I first started using this app 2 years ago I wasn’t having any problems now I’m having all kinds of problems from not being able to link new cards to offers not paying out any of my rewards I worked and put in long hours for. I contacted the support email many times no answer but I seem to still receive emails from different representatives about getting an advance. This app terrible to me now.

Not worth it
I’ve tried for months to get my money out it’ll tell me it’s otw but even with me paying the instant fee it hasn’t arrived after a month I’ve tried several times SEVERAL TIMES they do not payout they just put the money in the corner to look pretty assuming they team up with the apps they offer (more ads for the games more money for atm.com) I don’t even write negative stuff like this but this app is a complete waste of time

I got the app I sent it to my Bank gave all the information on my credit card. Everything checked it by the third day I still didn’t get even an answer so what I did in my bank because it was a third-party they have all of my information so I deleted it and the app not for me

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT STAFF
For literally months I’ve been trying to change my linked bank account in order to withdraw the funds I have in my ATM.com wallet. But I get error messages every time. I’ve contacted customer support 16 times beginning in May. They respond once asking what the issue is and for screenshots. I tell them the problem and send screenshots. Then they never respond again. Then a few weeks later a new customer service person will respond once with the same initial respond. Again I tell them and send screenshots and then never again. This has happened at least 6 times. Im so over this ridiculous pattern. DONT USE ATM.com

The cash advance option seems fine, I have not used it yet but they keep sending me promotional emails about it. However, I use their app to play games and win cash rewards. I have not been paid for any rewards yet. They say it’ll take a long time for someone to get back to me about it…. It shouldn’t take almost a month. I STILL haven’t heard back and am leaving a review because hopefully someone will see this and genuinely help me.

Total waste of time, link your bank jump through hoops just to wait 2 days for a denial, which I wouldn’t ordinarily be bitter about but my bank account has been active for 15 years there’s 2 direct deposit paychecks weekly and there is a positive cash flow in and out of the account. Ran short and needed an advance which would of been paid back in 2 days when I get paid. So pretty much should have been a clean approval for an advance, but NOPE!!!!
