I’ve been sending emails for months I can’t sign in , I have an account with my phone number but it won’t ever let me sign in or request to sign in by email .
Delete My Account
It will not let me delete my account!!! But still tracking my paychecks!!! I have never borrowed from the app and I haven’t had the app for a week!!! Customer Service is Non Existent!!!
Support team sucks
My account has been locked for almost 2 weeks. At first they responded to my emails and needed me to verify my identity. Cool no problem did that and they told me my account was verified and should work again. Wrong! They verified my account and did not unlock it! It is still stuck in processing and when I reach out for help I’m completely ignored now.

This app is horrible
They take your money and never give you an advance.
Terrible!
I got an advance for 25.00 and the day it was due my checking and debit card were not linked to my account. Don’t know what happened and why they were unlinked. Anyway I go to pay the advance and I get no confirmation that it was paid. Tried several times and nothing. Email customer service and it took awhile but they did respond and I could finally pay it back. I go for another advance and get denied saying my debit card is not linked to my checking account. I paid back the advance with my debit card and it is connected to my checking account. I have to wait 30 days to apply again. I have had nothing but problems since I downloaded this app. Never have I had such problems with cash advances as I do with this one.

Your account has to have a positive balance to even get the advance. My account is negative $1 …lol. I do like playing the games for money (literally change but it adds up)

This app keeps offering me $25. I request it says it’s complete but I don’t receive the money. Now it just offered it to me again, transfer says it went through then a note pops up that I’m late with a payment. A payment I never received. Just sayin…
