In the meantime, may we request you to go into your Phone Settings > ATM Fee Saver > Location > Ask Next Time or When I Share or While Using the App and then re-open the App, hopefully this solves the issue. In the meantime, request you to close the App completely and open it after a few seconds, this will likely resolve the issue. When you open the App, you may need to update your personalization preferences so you may click on Accept, Manage or Save Options buttons to update and use the App further. If it is a pop up notification you may click on the Close button or anywhere on the screen to dismiss it. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you resolve things soon.

Dear User, thank you for your feedback. We strive to keep the ATM listings accurate, but occasionally, some locations may have yet to be updated due to some bank closures or relocations. We appreciate your contribution on the status of some such locations as it will help a lot of travellers like you and we continue to work on updating the information as soon as possible. There is an option of a General Fee List in the app so should you face an issue of the kind, then you can at least refer to this list and get fee info and find the most cost efficient ATM around you. Dear User, thanks for your feedback. The ATMs in Turkey that you mention, do not charge atm fees however, it can easily be mistaken that they do as a peculiar problem at atms in that country are - some of them do not alert you of the fees before withdrawal and you only see it after you complete the transaction. Also that some of them do not charge atm fees but do charge high currency conversion fees which again, may or may not be informed before the transaction. In the case where user 'Accepts' conversion then these high fees get added on. We have attempted to cover these precautions in the notes below the atms, at the top of the home page and also in the Tips section of the App so that users beware of such practices at the local atms. Dear User, thanks for your feedback. We are continuously adding more PINs of cash places to the App and it can happen that all the PINs are not on the App yet in some locations. In such cases, we do provide a General Fee List so that user still has access to the fee info of leading atms in that country and can make a more informed choice. We sincerely thank you for your patience as we continue to enhance the number of places on the App.
Overseas ATM
This app pointed me to machines nearby that would work. It actually did. I was able to get cash out from a bank atm and the conversion rate was reasonable. Saved me from tons of frustration.

Dear User, so sorry you had to face this issue. We are continously adding more atms to the database so request you to give it a try one more time for atms to popup where you are. It can occasionally happen that it may not show up the atms. Should this happen, you can refer to the General Fee List to at least get the fee information of the atms for the atms so you can make a better decision on which works for you best. If you wish, you could use the 'Add a place' tab to add an atm you may come across, it would help many travellers. We strive to keep increasing the places you can see on the App. Thank you for your feedback.

Rates are not correct

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Regarding the fee, the 8.5% is likely the ‘Currency Conversion Fees’ – optional and triggered by selecting “Accept Conversion” / “With Conversion” during the transaction. If you select “Decline Conversion” or “Without Conversion”, then you will not be charged the 8.5% Currency Conversion Fee. You can find more details in the “🚫 AVOID other extra fees - SELECT Decline/Without Conversion❗” section on the app.
