Doesn’t work.

Tried using without an account and doesn’t load main map screen. Tried creating an account and comes up with error. So can’t use app at all.

Worthless in Australia and a NZ

only Sydney in Australia and only Wellington in NZ.

In the meantime, may we request you to go into your Phone Settings > ATM Fee Saver > Location > Ask Next Time or When I Share or While Using the App and then re-open the App, hopefully this solves the issue. Funktioniert bei mir nicht

Sobald ich die App öffne, kommt Werbung, obwohl ich Werbung explizit nicht zugestimmt habe, und dann kann ich das Werbe-Fenster nicht mehr schließen, die App also nicht nutzen.

In the meantime, request you to close the App completely and open it after a few seconds, this will likely resolve the issue. When you open the App, you may need to update your personalization preferences so you may click on Accept, Manage or Save Options buttons to update and use the App further. If it is a pop up notification you may click on the Close button or anywhere on the screen to dismiss it. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you resolve things soon.

Useless in Peru

First country I tried to use the app was Peru. Only worked in Lima when on wifi, anywhere else in Peru the app didn’t work on wifi or cellular data.
I hope it works in other countries

Out of date

The app is still listing banks offering ATMs in locations where those banks have been closed for some time. Not helpful.

Great app, please add in app which ATM’s allow you to withdraw U.S. Dollars like some of BAC ATM’s do.

Was great and very handy while travelling Vietnam and Thailand. The last week lots of errors

Not accurate

We’ve been to 4 ATMs in Bodrum this morning which this useless app says are free to us. They’re not!! Not worth downloading

Overseas ATM

Out of the country sent to several bank atm’s. Could not get cash. Transaction could not be completed.

This app pointed me to machines nearby that would work. It actually did. I was able to get cash out from a bank atm and the conversion rate was reasonable. Saved me from tons of frustration.

Rates are not correct

I went to an ATM on the list and they DO NOT charge the 1.5% that the app says, they charge 8.5%. It’s basically just good for showing the location of ATM’s

Regarding the fee, the 8.5% is likely the ‘Currency Conversion Fees’ – optional and triggered by selecting “Accept Conversion” / “With Conversion” during the transaction. If you select “Decline Conversion” or “Without Conversion”, then you will not be charged the 8.5% Currency Conversion Fee. You can find more details in the “🚫 AVOID other extra fees - SELECT Decline/Without Conversion❗” section on the app.
