False advertising

I had a disruption with the airline and I purchased the AirHelp+ turns out that they still charge you fees even if you have the subscription. You need to purchase before you fly and not the day you are flying. So beware - they will charge you fees even if you have the subscription

Unable to reach anyone even Chat or Customer Support!!

I couldn’t able to reach anyone for my regarding to my compensation payment. When I tried to ask for my claim updates or my compensation payment, it relied, “Can I help with anything else?”

Useless

Airhelp claims to get compensation for delayed flight smoothly but it has been over 5 months and there is no update from their side just status stuck at same place from months. It will be easier to get refund from airlines.
