Don’t use
Airhelp subtracts a hefty fee from your compensation. You would get more from reaching out to the airline directly. Also if you refer people with your referral link, even if you have proof they used your link, Airhelp will lie and say they did not use your link just to not give you a gift card. This happened to me multiple times. Beginning to think the refer a friend program is fake as I get the same generic response at first, then no response when I replied with proof my link was used.

I had a fantastic experience with airhelp from beginning to end. I honestly wasn't expecting much because I assumed the process of claiming compensation for a delayed flight would be complicated and time-consuming. Instead, airhelp made everything incredibly simple
The app was easy to use, and I only had to provide my flight details and a few documents. After that, their team handled the entire process for me. They kept me updated throughout the claim, so I always knew what was happening, and I never felt left in the dark
Also, I really liked the flight tracking in the app. It keeps all of my flights organized in one place and provides useful real-time information such as boarding status, departure updates, and airport gate information. It's a nice bonus that makes traveling a little less stressful and more organized
When my claim was finally approved the payment arrived exactly as promised. The fee they charge is well worth it considering I didn't have to spend hours arguing with the airline or worrying about legal procedures
