The app is horrible. It doesn’t connect and when it connects it’s very difficult to navigate and find what’s on on the cruise. It could be a lot simpler and better
This app is so bad
I have been on many different cruise lines, this is by far the worst dysfunctional app for a cruise. Once it hits midnight you can’t see the itinerary or events for that day / night and the next day itinerary starts at 9 am but there’s events, bars, clubs, food going till 4 am !!!!. Another thing You access the app at all or see anything at all in the app unless you’re on ship wifi nothing nada. Go to an island want to see when the ship bording time is ? Good luck !!! It’s not it, glitches non stop with “discover events happening now” portal . Overall worst app, and the app is just one crumb to the stale cheap cookie !

Several issues
A bit buggy. Chat is not working properly. The app crashes under the load (e.g. when the entire ship goes to book tender boats, the app is not responsive for more than an hour - happened twice with us). Some parts missing translation and fallback to Italian language. Logs out in random times. The password can be both mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy and does not have validation
Idea for a new feature: please add the ships clock somewhere. In our cruise we’ve been in 4 timezones. The staff do not bother to change the clock on board, the phone is not syncing in the ocean and the app doesn’t provide this information as well. Very confusing!

Sehr gute App - intuitiv und hilfreich
Ich finde die App übersichtlich und für eine Reise mit Costa unverzichtbar. Die tagesaktuellen Restaurantmenüs sind enthalten, ebenso Landausflüge und vieles mehr. Auch die Internetpakete funktionieren nur über die App. Die Umsetzung ist sehr gelungen und intuitiv - die vielen negativen Rezensionen für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.
