Glitchy app
Chances are when you actually need it to work it won’t open your itinerary, it’s been days now since I’ve been able to look at anything other than personal settings on this app. Extremely frustrating to use, I would not be using this app if there was another way to look at flights booked by my company.

Poor System
The system doesn’t work. I’ve put my frequent flyer number in and it doesn’t carry over to my bookings. I’ve had to go to the desk and have it entered manually. At times have missed out on selecting a preferred seat and flyer points due frequent flyer number not recorded on my bookings. Needs improvement.

Brilliant app
Love this app, keeps me organised for upcoming trips and gives me all the info I need in one place. I added my passport info on and it made it so easy to check in and see everything together, no searching through emails for booking references etc. Saved me so much time, and a great booking experience

Not possible to book using mobile app
The app doesn’t support to make train booking as we can not find even the popular train stations and locations.
Not a lot of use.
Tickets for wallet aren’t tickets. The times for tickets are the wrong times (assume set to different time zone I cannot control). It’s a shame, could be an ok app.
App doesn’t load
I have to restart my phone every time I want to check my itinerary. The app will

Atrocious
Cancelled my hotel booking with no notification, can’t log in to the app - just an endless cycle of “type in the verification code”. Absolute farce.

Location pop up
Location is disabled in the app but at every start it keep reminding to enable location
Don’t upgrade the app.
This app always worked well and was a handy tool for travel. Unfortunately though having upgraded to the latest version it now doesn’t work. On opening it now asks for my login id, sends me a verification code, accepts everything as verified and then returns back to the login page asking me to do it all again. You really should test your updates before rolling them out.

Progress…?
We have been made to use this app for work as we have moved away from Connect. That worked, this one doesn’t. Unable to even start the app as it is in a recertification doom loop and wants to control my location privacy. Turns out you need a second app as ATPI can’t guarantee paying the hotels they book for you so all in all, shambolic.

Stuck in an endless email/OTP loop. Cant even get in the app.

Clunky, not finished, not intuitive
I’m struggling to locate the train bookings I made via the ATPI online portal on my mobile app. I don’t know how to add the tickets to my phone’s wallet. No guides or explanations seemingly available. I need to crack on a do my work, not mess around with this app! All a bit poor really.
