Terrible app and customer service
ADT is this app are terrible. I get no notifications through this system. My cameras used to decide when they want to work and when they don’t. Now they just don’t work at all. Calling adt is like pulling teeth to get them to do something. What a waste of money.
Disappearance of Cameras
Cameras have disappeared and are no where in sight, but ADT is still collecting money. Service will be cancel so ADT can “SEE IT!”
App Not Working
App will not load. Cameras seem to be working on regular monitor.

Pathetic junk app
If I had to rely on this I would not get ADT. It’s junk - lousy screen captures, phone gets hot, slow loading, unwieldy and not user friendly. For as much as we pay every month we should have the latest tech, instead we have that of the dial up era.
