Useless App! Just to lure
Whats the point of this App and the advertisements at the airport if it doesn’t work

Saw an ad for this app at Newark Liberty International Airport. Downloaded it and it never even loaded past the launch screen.
App won’t load
As other reviewers have said, the app doesn’t appear to be functional anymore. I also tried ordering through the website, but clicking “order now” just loops you back to the main page. Doesn’t look like the website has been updated for a while, either.
App doesn’t work
Friend and I both downloaded it, it’s stuck on the loading screen. No customer service on their Twitter.
App Won’t Open
Probably the most annoying app experience ever. The app won’t even open, it’s NOT my phone. I’m on the most up to date software version, but this app won’t even load! So disappointed that it is even listed as an option at KDEN. Don’t let this ridiculous app be advertised if it doesn’t even work!

Super convenient
Super convenient especially since the airport is huge and once you get to your gate it’s a hassle to have to drag your luggage everywhere to look for food. I do wish that before you submit your order it would tell you how long it would take. When I began it said 30 min then when I submitted my order it said 47-57 min. That was cutting it close for me. Other than that, awesome service!

What a great service!!
Such a welcome surprise! While traveling with my 6 year old daughter the last thing I wanted to do was wait in line for coffee and then try to carry that along with both of our bags to the gate. When I got in line and an at your gate representative gave me her card with info on how to order and have what we wanted delivered directly to our gate, I was sold! It was so seamless! Coffee and a donut were delivered within 20 min, which I am guessing is how long we would have waited in line! Highly recommend this service and I will definitely be using this again!!

Airport worker service is excellent
Had a great experience with them being timely and efficient in getting my meal to me even when I was on the other side of the airport. Great service! I work there and I was glad to see they were even able to get it to me in my break room.

Great app. Got food from a restaurant too far to walk to and back. Plus the robot food carrier is amazing! Made me smile, which is hard in super crowded gate areas these days.

I wanted food at a different terminal and didn’t want to go through TSA again. This solved the problem and it was fast

I mean we can all (mostly) walk to get food at the airport but when you’ve settled down with three kids, why not just order the food you want! And the kids thought it was so cool!

This app was very easy to use and the service provided was top notch. It said 20 min for delivery but only waited like 10 min.

Amazing Service
My office space is apart from the airport and there are days I can’t leave to go get lunch or I forgot a home made lunch. AtYourGate has saved me numerous times and it’s always quick.
