This app works great, I love ability to search between online and in-person only auctions. There needs to be some Dev fixes to images not loading though. Currently, I click into an auction and only 4 or 5 auction images load. The rest are just white blocks. Having a dark mode feature would be a nice touch as well!

This app worked fine for several months. One day it just stopped loading the pictures of items. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still shows limited to no photos. What good is this app without being able to view the items up for sale. Disappointing.
The app was great until a week or two ago. Now anytime I try viewing photos in the gallery nothing is there. It doesn’t matter what auction I’m viewing there are no photos showing up in the gallery. The app was great before this started happening. I’ve updated my phone and deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing has corrected the issue. Without photos the app is kind of worthless.

Only shows four pictures
Recently issues have arise where we cannot see the auction pictures. This is issue with other users too. Needs fixed. iPhone
Images for auctions do not appear except for online auctions.
Easy to use and intuitive
Why bots? I don’t want to opt into your bots but cannot use your app. Why?
I like this app. And I have loved mostly all sports from baseball, and football, basketball, and this auction app gives me the chance to bid and own my own vintage cards as I have thousands of my own collection here!, this is a very good app! Five stars all the way!
I was very excited to get this. One of my favorite things on the website is choosing my items with the little heart that I am going to look for when I go to the auction. I wanted to use this as a way to pull those items up and it doesn’t do anything like that at all. Very disappointed. It’s only good if you’re using it just to buy stuff.

App should since with website marked favorites. It’s a real pain to have to scroll all the way through an auction to find what you’ve already marked.
AuctionZip knowingly allows and encourages auctioneers to be deceptive. Auctioneers list auctions as “In Person” when they are only online. If an auctioneer can’t be honest in how they list their auctions can you really expect them to be honest or have good intentions with your bids(your funds). This has been pointed out to AuctionZip for years, so they must condone the deception. It also makes you wonder why they even give the option to search online vs in person. When I look up in person auctions for the week, is it too much to ask for them to actually be in person?

I use the site regularly but as time goes on I am growing irritated with it. I do not like online auctions and will not participate in them. I also will no longer go to a live auction that accepts online bidding. That being said, AuctionZip lets us choose between in person and online auctions. Auctioneers are listing online auctions as in person auctions. It wastes time to review and discard those options. It also makes me question their honesty. If they will mislead about that what else will they do to profit themselves? AuctionZip fails to even respond as to why they allow auctioneers to misrepresent their auctions.

Admins need to organize auctions better
App seems good for on the go, but no where near the functionality of the website unless I’m missing something? I’m only able to see bids I place, but not my favorites or save any favorites?
Missing syncing with my favorites that have been marked online. About all it shows is the auctions you have been approved for so you can’t just go the the items your interested in unless you want to keep up with lot numbers from various auctions and enter one by one.
The app is getting worse and worse. I’m unable to search by auction house unless I also enter a keyword. To get around this, I open the desktop version of auctionzip on my phone’s browser.
While surfing on my iPhone, app asks you to verify you are a person but there is no way to do so or delete the page! Calendar is missing. Search gives you everything instead of filtering searches. This app is terrible and does not deserve a rating. Will delete the app and go elsewhere.
Great app when it works. I have had my share of errors and issues with auctionzip. I even gave them the idea of making an app when their website was sucking horribly. They joined the 21st century, but their app works 50%. They need to hire real devs.
