Buggy and crashes
The unit has the spinning wheel of death, then crashes. I am only able to adjust the volume with the app. If I click anywhere else, the program crashes.

App crashes on some tabs every single time. It needs a fix!
App Doesn’t Work
The app loads the first page. The complaints about the EQ page plagued me too (endless loading). But the dealbreaker for me was the crash every time I opened the settings. I tried on two devices and no joy.
Useless garbage
Crashes the instant you go to the settings. $300 headset btw. 2 star rated app but yes AppStore, please continue to show everyone the fake 5 star reviews first.
