Crashes the instant you go to the settings. $300 headset btw. 2 star rated app but yes AppStore, please continue to show everyone the fake 5 star reviews first.

Detects headphones, but the moment you try to go into EQ or other settings, app crashes. Don’t bother installing, doesn’t work.

Nothing in the app works, stuck in endless loop or instant crash. Not being able to write a simple eq app shows a staggering level of incompetence

The iOS application has never worked for me in the 8 months of ownership of an Audeze headset.
This is disappointing for the price point of the headphones.
Luckily, my main use for them is PC Gaming, so the Windows app works fine.

Not working ios26, Skip sidetone
Love my headphones! They sound amazing and the battery life is the best (lasts me a whole week with daily listening). The biggest problem is sidetone, it just adds feedback and distortion when it’s on. If I’m having any sound anomalies it’s usually because I accidentally turned on sidetone. Great headphones for movies, music and gaming on my pc! I do not like how bluetooth interrupts usb dongle sounds so I have to forget the headphones on my phone and tablet when I want to game without interruptions.

Garbage app
You would think an app for a $300 headset would be well maintained and easy to use. Not the case here. Completely unable to use with my Maxwells and have been trying all day.

Works pretty well
The app works alright, it randomly turns on the volume limit and I have to turn it back off, same with the side tone setting. Other than those two things the app appears to function well although the eq preset loading times can be a bit slower than expected for modern systems. Battery meter is nice for the Maxwell, as well as the other available setting available. Sound suppression settings appear to be missing from the app and would be an appreciated addition, though not necessary as the headphones have a physical button and audio notification that function without the app.

Will not connect to the headset at all anymore through Bluetooth.
Junk headset and apps
I can’t believe the cost of this headset over the others I had in the last decade. Great sound but junk connections and dongle and app. Oh and thanks for the ear bleeding “side tone” when putting them on and it’s hits my ears at 20,000 decibels.
Device not connected
It wont connect my headset to the app and when it does and disconnects instantly, it is so frustrating considering the price of the headset
