At the Museum, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a unique journey made up of artifacts, original videos, interactive 2D maps, 3D reconstructions, and an engaging VR immersive experience, living first-hand the symbolic site of the Great War. The Monte San Michele area includes three visiting routes: the Museum, the Gun Battery, and the Monumental Area. The Museum offers a unique immersive experience thanks to interactive tools and multimedia content. The outdoor route, on the other hand, will give you access to the “Gun Battery” gallery, headquarters of the Third Army, and to the Monumental Area, an open-air itinerary around the Museum: the trench known as “della Tulella,” the Lukachic cave, and the summit of Cima 3. Finally, you can enjoy a breathtaking view from the two beautiful panoramic terraces outside the Museum.
