Slow

Ari’s response times are incredibly slow. There were a couple times that I was wondering if it even hurt me and then finally responded. Plus, it’s responses are pretty generic.

I emailed the company and they will not answer back. I did not like this app, but tried to get my money back for their “guarantee” and they will not respond.

Cut off on pro plan

I strongly dislike the fact that it decided to stop allowing me to vent and told me to come back tomorrow. It don’t get to determine that

App doesn’t actually load

Got the app yesterday 7/15 and after using it for an hour to set it up and start I have not been able to access the app since then for the following 24 hours. The “chat support” link appears to be broken on their website so this is really a scam 20 bucks to use the app once and now I can’t access it.
