Terrible
Worst banking app I’ve ever used. Not even sure where to start. Basic functions that other banks offer are not present. Ongoing dissatisfaction with Aussie Elevate as a banking platform is a driving factor for us to refinance as soon as is viable to change banks.
Basic
No desktop facilities means no ability to download CSV files for home budgeting services.
Very basic
Very basic app. Doesn’t automatically log you out - weird for a banking app. Only available on a phone, which makes it hard for more ‘mature’ clients. You can’t download statements as Excel documents which used to be convenient to track/ sort out expenses. Really subpar service. Can’t wait to be able to change bank!

Terrible app, doesn’t log out,can’t check transactions in or out,it’s like they are in a partnership with scammers
Unable to register device
It has been weeks, I can log in but when I try to “pay”, it asks me to verify my device. When I tried, dives me an error “unable to register your device”. Please fix
