Saw a sign that said zero tolerance for abusive behaviour, which was sad, the staff are wonderful and doing their job, they have their procedures which are 100% necessary in there industry.

Great App, super slow deliveries
If Amazon can deliver a parcel within 48hrs or less, what’s Aus Post’s excuse? Still trying to work it out after 217yrs?

I’m not impressed that if I want to log into my account, I have to allow the application Australia Post to share my data with other websites, etc. Disgusting.
Very hit and miss
Always have issue with parcels sitting too long at the airport. But then somehow to Wangara PO and back to the airport when my house is in between . Five star review but like just.

Really great experience going to Queanbeyan post off on Crawford st. Staff are always helpful and fantastic.
Mail redirects
I cancelled a mail re direct weeks ago but parcels are still going to my alternate address. Even after individually redirecting them and speaking to auspost directly about each item, and being told that one in particular was located in the sorting centre in Perth and would be delivered to my Perth address the following day, it still ended up being sent back to Tamworth. I tried raising it again with auspost only to find it was marked as resolved and then I was just fobbed off by whoever could be bothered replying to my emails

Development Team Skill Issues
Don't get in the way of OS copy/paste function. If you want to display a lengthy tracking number on a mobile app UI and you broke copy function, big fail. If you are using React Native and that is the problem, MASSIVE FAIL!
Entries not always up to date

Honestly, it’s a good app. But recently, it was really bad. My parcels were supposed to arrive 1 month ago, and I’m still waiting. Pretty annoyed at this situation. Not happy.
