Great app and service.
This is one of the best government apps ever. We have used it all over Australia whilst travelling full time. Honestly couldn’t live without Australia post and this app is fab.
Tracking
I post parcels to my Canadian grandchildren regularly but the postage costs are astronomical. I’d send more parcels if the costs were reasonable. Tracking is great. Love that aspect.
Simple instructions too difficult
I have my safe place set to under the carport.. and I have it asked for my parcels to be left there FOR A REASON.
My parcel was taken because I’m not permitted to go where he left it .. I live in a hostile abusive situation, and you left my stuff right at their feet.. also they don’t even try to get signatures anymore .. I’ve been home for every one of my signature required parcels and they don’t even make a sound like they used to and I’m sick of it.. So thanks Australia post, I think I can speak for for a huge portion of your reluctant customers that your delivery drivers are incompetent. You charge too much for mediocre at best performance. One star because I can’t give 0

AusPost is hopeless
My parcel arrived in the next suburb over, they then sent it to a suburb 40 minutes away, and then posted it across Australia to the wrong state. Now on the way to come back to the right state. They don’t express post the parcel even though they made an error and have delayed my parcel by 2 weeks.
