Immi App
Excellent part of the process of applying for an Australian visa. Really fast and can be done at the comfort of my home. Really happy with this. Thankyou!
Poor face capture
The face capture page seems very poorly coded. The screen doesn’t hold a wake lock and so the phone can lock whilst you’re trying to take the photo. And despite using strong lighting and a plain background, it took trying different phones and trying over 10 times to eventually get a photo that the app considered valid.

Excellent app
Makes the biometric process a lot easier
Highly satisfied
Nice apps. Easy to use.
Useless app wont scan the passport
Why making a useless app and it wont scan passport information. Will need to make an appointment to provide biometric anyway.
It does not have the option to support other languages
Older adults whose primary language is not English find this app difficult to use, as there is no option to translate into other languages. Needs more work around accessibility and vulnerable applicants.
Amazing app
It saves tons of time
