Regular issues
When it works it’s great, but as I write this I’m stuck in another loop trying to log out of a shift, but it’s not taking. This happens upon login at times as well. That’s the point of it all and yet it has regular issues. If it ever gets fixed, review should be better.
Awful
Constantly locks me out, half the time when I try to clock in it doesn’t work then other times when clocking out it clocked me out like 3 times at the same time! Showing I worked the same shift 3 times that day! So many glitches!
App doesn’t work
The app works about 10% of the time for me and my wife. If I had a choice I would use something else. I recommend hiding the leave rating option on your app since you’re not going to be getting many positive ratings with this lack off app quality. Absolute garbage.
Wouldn’t use if didn’t have to
I just downloaded yesterday for my employment. There is no option for saving username/number which is wasting time. Doesn’t seem to have the information from my clock in and clock out either.

The app would be awesome if it would actually track your hours. I’ve had to reach out to the financial dept to get my hours properly adjusted. I will have to reach out to them today because of the hours are wrong. Again. I wish there was an area where you could actually see your login and outs. I hate I have to do a time sheet as well.

Frustrating
Always on a time crunch. Our clients need us immediately when we arrive. We don’t have the time to keep updating g our password, or dealing with stupid glitches on this app. I would give it an actual 0 stars if I could.
Not great.
Can’t view accumulated hours or previous pay periods or paystubs or anything. Needs much improvement.

Sometimes it works really good but then it locks up other times so you have to reinstall it again

This app is not dependable. It often drops hours logged or duplicates hours submitted. They really need something better for the users.

Is this just supposed to be a prototype? Because an app for tracking employees and their hours should have a section with the total hours for the week/pay period, y-t-d, etc. I get that a clients type and activities need to be tracked, but from an employees perspective, our information and how much we work in any given week is just as important as any client that you’ll likely never even meet. The app has a GPS, a sophisticated system to track our exact location with timestamps, but total hours one worked completely escapes the developer?! Employee payroll & paycheck information should be readily available for any working individual. This is 2026…up your game or you’re going to end up being “that guy with that useless app” who gave someone else the stepping stone to dominate.

This app will make your phone run hot - all day. And sometimes you can tell when it is listening by the orange light in the top middle bar.

Why does it show full names and addresses?? This is a HIPAA violation!!
Lost hours
I have lost several hours and just an inconvenience to constantly having to put in time corrections because the app doesn’t work at all times rediculous
Fix this
This app works about 49% or less of the time. The client never shows up and cannot be found. I am so tired of not being able to clock in when I am supposed to.

Twice now I’ve clocked in on the app (I’m a caregiver) only to discover the app didn’t register it. It needs an upgrade!
