紛らわしいアプリに騙され、入ってすぐにfaceID求められる、認証成功してしまいすぐ6000円騙し取られた。マジで返金しろ

私も詐欺被害者になりました

他のレビューと同じく、
google authenticaterのつもりで
ミスタッチして
キャンセルしたはずなのに
チャージされていて、
カード請求が来て
初めて気付かされました。
ひどいですね。

Microsoft
AuthenticatorをダウンロードしたくてMicrosoft
Authenticatorで検索したら同じようなのをあったので思わず確認しないでカード決済してしまった
Microsoft
Authenticatorと間違えてクリックするように仕向けてる悪質な広告でした
一瞬で約6000円騙された
クーリングオフ的なの無いんですかね

Impossible to set up

Just reinstalled the MS Authenticator app. First, I had to pay when before it was free and 2 the setup instructions are unintelligible as there are gaps in the information provided. It feels like I’m dealing with a D list provider not Microsoft. Feel ripped off

上手く5980円取るためのアプリです
一年後のサブスクリプションキャンセルだけしました

Misleading

It looks like the free Microsoft app but isn’t. Don’t click “Get App”. You’ll be charged without a chance to confirm or reject the payment.

Upset

Tried to see if I can cancel the service with the purchase of the one month or to see if I if I would be charged again for next month or try to figure out how to remove my card off this account went to contact us and literally got no way of getting a hold of your people. I am very disappointed with this.

最悪、最低の詐欺ソフト。
　
誤ってインストールしてしまった事に気がつかず、次にで進めていたら、いきなり課金。
　
ありえない。
　
今更ながらレビュー読んだら、同じ方が何人も！
わかっていて何も対応しないのは、私たちみたいな人をターゲットにして、またバカが引っかかってと笑っているのでしょうね。
　
納得している人もいるでしょうから、その人たちは良いかも知れませが、詐欺るの前提のホントに最悪のソフトです。使っていませんが、使えば良いソフトなのかもしれませんが、それ以前の問題です。
　
最悪です。
なぜこんなアプリが、そのままあるのかアップルにも抗議したいと思います。

The only phone number option was my uk number. As I am overseas I am unable to receive calls or texts to my phone.

Useless

Keeps telling me my password is invalid after reset and then asks for money to continue. And all this because my wife’s phone won’t boot up without a number they sent to my authenticator app

Is it even possible to get a refund

I was supposed to download microsoft authenticator app looking exactly like this, then I realized it wasn't after it made me to pay over $50 without any notice. I couldn't find any way to get it refund other than sending an email which is so ridiculous. I really hope to get my money back.

NOT MICROSOFT

This is NOT the Microsoft Authenticator app, but tricks you into thinking that it is. The artwork and branding is very misleading. It was only when it asked for payment that I realised something was amiss, and I nearly double clicked to subscribe (and pay) by mistake in my haste to sort an IT issue. The problem is made worse by Apple ranking this app above the actual MS app in the search results in the App Store.
