This app charged me when I didn’t intend to. Then they denied me a refund, even when never using this app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Now seeing I am not the only one who has had this issue

I am obligated to use the Authenticator app to be able to open my Microsoft computer in my home using company VPN. And for that I will be charged $49 per year, for a mandatory security step that I don’t even care if it’s available or not.
