Rip-off
Auto & General Insurance is a rip-off, don’t even consider Auto&General insurance —unethical and unprofessional. They demand prompt payment but delay claims, and send texts instead of call recordings. I’ll never recommend them. Auto & General needs to be cancelled by all!

Highly unsatisfied with how my claim has been handled,it has been two weeks since my claim was approved but I am still waiting for the designated body shop provided by the insurance to contact me with regards to repairing my car. I have followed up with the repair shop and they keep tell me they will be in touch. I have also explained that it is not comfortable driving the car as the damaged part of the bumper is touching the floor. I have claimed before with another insurance and their response was way swifter than you guys and your partners.
Also once the claim is approved, I think it should be the insurance’s responsibility to ensure that their customers are assisted accordingly till the end. No one is doing anyone a favour, I’ve been paying my premiums and would expect to have a peace of mind when such unfortunate circumstances arise.
